1. What this site is
gamblebetscout.com (“the site”, “I”) is an independent information and review website about crypto and offshore gambling operators. The site does not offer gambling, does not accept bets, deposits or payments, and is not affiliated with, owned by or an agent of any operator it reviews.
2. Who may use it
You may only use the site if you are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if that is higher, and if reading about gambling is lawful where you are. The site is not intended for, and is not available to, people in jurisdictions where online gambling or gambling information is prohibited. Do not use a VPN or any other tool to reach a gambling site from a country it excludes, and do not read anything on this site as encouragement to do so.
3. Information, not advice
Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to gamble. Scores and verdicts are my opinions, formed with the method on how I rate and the information available on the date shown on each page. Operators change their terms, bonuses, licences and country lists without notice: always read the operator’s own terms before you register or deposit.
4. Accuracy and corrections
I date every review and correct errors when they are reported with evidence. Where a fact cannot be verified, it is left out and the page says so. Even so, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To report an error, use the contact page.
5. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links, as explained on the affiliate disclosure page. When you follow a link to an operator you leave this site. Any account, deposit, bet, bonus, dispute or withdrawal is a matter between you and that operator under the operator’s own terms; I am not a party to it and cannot act for you.
6. Third-party sites
The site links to operators, licence registers, complaint platforms, block explorers and other external websites. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the site is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage, including gambling losses, lost winnings, lost or frozen funds, or loss of data, arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or your use of any third-party site linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
8. Intellectual property
Text, scores, tables and original images on the site belong to GambleBetScout. Operator names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are used only to identify and review them. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source page. You may not republish reviews in full, frame the site, or reuse its data in a commercial product without written permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability, try to access non-public areas, interfere with its security, or send false or misleading reports through the contact page. Search engines and AI assistants may crawl the public pages under the rules in robots.txt.
10. Changes and availability
I may change these terms, or change, suspend or close any part of the site, at any time. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of the site is established. Disputes go to the courts of that country, unless the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring them in your own courts. If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the terms still apply.
