A USDT casino is any site that takes Tether in and pays Tether out. That sounds like one coin, but it is really a dozen tokens on different blockchains that share a name. Tether issues USDT on Ethereum, Tron, Solana, TON, BNB Smart Chain and several other networks, according to its own list of supported protocols. The token is the same dollar, the rails are not. Fees, speed and what happens when you pick the wrong one all depend on the network, and that is where most USDT problems start.
The reason people choose USDT is simple. Tether states that every token is pegged 1-to-1 to the dollar and backed by its reserves. Your balance does not swing with the crypto market while you play, so a $200 session stays a $200 session, win or lose on the games alone. That is a promise by the issuer, not a law of nature, but it removes the price noise that BTC and ETH add.
Tron produces a block every 3 seconds, and a block counts as solidified once 19 of the 27 block producers have built on it, typically in about a minute, per the Tron developer docs. A USDT transfer is a smart-contract call, so it consumes Energy. If your wallet has no staked or free resources, the network burns TRX from your balance to pay. Keep a little TRX next to your USDT or the transfer will fail.
On Ethereum, USDT moves with 12-second blocks and pays gas like any other transfer. Gas rises with demand, so ERC20 is the reliable but expensive choice for small amounts. It is also the network most casinos support first.
Solana, TON and BNB Smart Chain versions exist and are cheap, but only help you if the cashier lists them. Tether no longer issues or redeems USDT on Omni, Bitcoin Cash SLP, Kusama, EOS or Algorand. If an old wallet still shows those, do not send them to a casino.
Here is the uncomfortable part. Most USDT casino guides in the search results call TRC20 the cheapest way to play, yet not every USDT casino offers it. In my research, Stake, Gamdom, Thunderpick, Sportsbet.io, Shuffle, Cloudbet, BetOnline, Wild Casino and SuperSlots list USDT on TRC20, while Bovada, Ignition, Cafe Casino and Slots.lv accept USDT only on ERC20. Roobet's withdrawal help points USDT lookups to Etherscan and does not publish a network list. Rainbet lists USDT, but the network options sit behind the logged-in cashier and I have not verified them. I update the table when I confirm a network in a test.

For this list, USDT must be accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the operator's own pages; minimums and the network must be findable or flagged as unverified; licence and restricted countries must be published; and the site must not be on the Shit List. Payout speed counts only with a timed withdrawal and a hash on the payout tests page. None of the sites here has one yet.

Of these three, Roobet scores highest and charges no withdrawal fee of its own. Bovada is the most explicit: ERC20, a 5 USDT minimum deposit, $50 minimum withdrawal, $2,500 per request and per week, about 24 hours for approval and up to an hour after. Rainbet has the lowest stated minimum withdrawal and declares 5 to 15 minutes, still untested by me.
Picking ERC20 for a $20 withdrawal and losing a chunk to gas. Assuming every "USDT casino" supports TRC20 because a comparison site said so. Keeping a stablecoin balance on the casino because "it does not move": the price does not, the account status can. And claiming a deposit bonus on USDT without checking the rollover; the wagering calculator tells you what it really costs.

The one the casino's cashier lists, then the cheapest of those. TRC20 on Tron is usually cheap and fast: 3-second blocks, solidified in about a minute. ERC20 on Ethereum is supported more widely but pays gas. Of the sites listed here, Bovada, Ignition, Cafe Casino and Slots.lv take USDT only on ERC20, while Stake, Gamdom, Thunderpick, Sportsbet.io, Shuffle, Cloudbet, BetOnline, Wild Casino and SuperSlots list it on TRC20.
For keeping score, yes. Tether states every USDT is pegged 1-to-1 to the dollar, so your balance does not move with the market while you play. It does not make the casino safer: licence, KYC clause and payout record still decide whether you get paid.
The chain is quick; the casino's approval is the variable. Bovada declares about 24 hours for approval and up to an hour after. Rainbet declares 5 to 15 minutes. I treat both as claims until I publish a timed test with its hash.
The funds land on a chain the casino's address does not watch. Sometimes support can recover them, sometimes not, and recovery is at their discretion. Choose the network in the cashier first and copy the address shown for that network.
Most sites here let you start without documents and keep the right to ask at any time, usually at withdrawal. Few publish a threshold. The coin does not change the KYC rule.
Few of the sites listed here run a standing no-deposit offer. Small promo codes exist and are often capped at cashout. My no-deposit bonus page explains the caps and the wagering.
Among the sites I reviewed, Stake, Gamdom, Thunderpick, Sportsbet.io, Shuffle, Cloudbet, BetOnline, Wild Casino and SuperSlots list Tether on Tron. Minimums differ: Sportsbet.io takes deposits from 0.25 USDT and pays out from 20, Stake's USDT withdrawals start at 2.5 with a 1 USDT fee, and Cloudbet's Tron withdrawals start at 5 USDT with a 3.51 USDT fee.
