Winnita Review
Avoid: no licence, and four unpaid or confiscated withdrawals in three months that the casino never answered for.

What sucks
- No licence named anywhere on the site, while it claims to be fully licensed
- Four withdrawals unpaid or confiscated in July–September 2026, all closed unresolved
- Withdrawals above €250 split into €250 requests; €4,450 per 30 days cap after big wins
- Terms forbid public statements that could hurt the casino's reputation
My take
Winnita is on my Shit List. I did not deposit here, and I am not going to. I read the site, the terms and the public complaint record on 6 October 2026, and what I found meets both of the reasons I put a casino on this list: withdrawals that were not paid or were confiscated, and no licence behind a site that says it has one. Everything below links to where I read it.
No licence, but “fully licensed”
The footer of winnita.com shows no company name, no licence number, no regulator and no validator seal. It shows a support email and an Italian phone number. The terms describe “the company with which the customer is concluding the agreement” without ever naming that company, and they mention “License Terms” without saying whose licence. On its casino page the site states that the platform “is fully licensed”.
Casino Guru lists the licensing authority as “No license” and writes that, to the best of its knowledge, Winnita has not been granted a licence by any gambling regulator. In a September 2026 complaint it adds that no valid licence or dispute-resolution service was available to the player. I could not find a licence either. A casino without a regulator gives you nobody to complain to when a withdrawal stops.
Withdrawals that were not paid
Casino Guru closed four complaints from the last three months as unresolved, in each case because the casino did not supply the evidence it was asked for or did not reply:
- 8 August 2026: €12,000 of winnings confiscated after a sudden account ban, with no evidence provided by the casino (complaint).
- 16 July 2026: €3,825 withheld after the account was blocked for “multiple accounts” (complaint).
- 29 August 2026: €900 cancelled over an alleged second account, with no proof supplied (complaint).
- 6 September 2026: a €4,000 withdrawal forced into €100 pieces, one paid, the rest missing, and no reaction from the casino (complaint).
More were still open when I checked, all from Italian players between September and early October 2026, including €15,000 stuck in “processing” where the player was told to resubmit it as more than 150 small requests.
The terms that explain the pattern
The terms split any withdrawal above €250 into separate €250 requests. If your withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times your lifetime deposits, payouts can be capped at €4,450 per 30 days. If you have staked less than twice your deposits, a 10 to 25 percent withdrawal fee applies, and the lowest loyalty tiers cannot withdraw at all. Section 28 forbids public statements that “may potentially cause any damage to the Company’s reputation”, on pain of account restrictions. That last clause is the opposite of how a casino that pays behaves.
Trustpilot shows a 3.0 score on 1,282 reviews, with 47 percent one-star.
Status
Unresolved. Winnita gets off this list the same way every casino does: by paying the players listed above and the open cases, documented the same way. I have removed my affiliate link, so this page sends no one to Winnita. If you are owed money, keep your transaction records and support transcripts, and file a complaint with an independent mediator such as Casino Guru. If you want a crypto casino that pays, start from the payout tests and the crypto casino rankings, and read the rest of the Shit List before you deposit anywhere new.
Winnita FAQ
Is Winnita legit?
I do not recommend it. I found no licence on the site or in its terms, Casino Guru lists no licence, and four withdrawals were closed as unresolved between July and September 2026.
Does Winnita pay out?
Some players get paid, but Casino Guru closed four complaints in three months as unresolved: €12,000 confiscated, €3,825 withheld, €900 cancelled and a €4,000 withdrawal split into €100 pieces that mostly never arrived.
Is Winnita licensed?
The site says it is fully licensed but names no regulator, company or licence number. Casino Guru lists it as operating without a licence.
Why is Winnita on the GambleBetScout Shit List?
Because it meets both of my criteria: documented unpaid or confiscated withdrawals in the last 12 months, and no licence behind a site that claims one.
What can I do if Winnita does not pay me?
Keep your transaction records and support chats and file a complaint with an independent mediator such as Casino Guru. Without a regulator there is no official body to escalate to.
