What a Dogecoin casino is, beyond the meme
A Dogecoin casino takes DOGE for deposits and pays withdrawals in DOGE. The coin started as a joke, but as a payment rail it is practical: a block every minute, and a recommended default fee in Dogecoin Core of 0.01 DOGE per kilobyte of transaction data, per the project's own fee recommendation. For small, frequent moves in and out of a casino, that combination is hard to beat among the older proof-of-work coins.
The catch is acceptance. In my directory DOGE is less common than BTC, LTC or USDT, and its price moves like any non-stable coin. A Dogecoin balance can gain or lose a visible share of its dollar value during a single long session.
Which sites take DOGE, and which do not
Straight answer first: among the sites I have published, most crypto-first casinos accept DOGE, including Roobet, Stake, BitStarz, Cloudbet, Gamdom and Shuffle. The gaps are worth knowing: Rainbet and Bovada list their coins on their own pages and DOGE is not among them, and the same goes for Ignition, Cafe Casino and Slots.lv. I do not pad a coin page with brands I have not reviewed, so every card above has a published review behind it. Minimums vary more than the chain does: BitStarz takes deposits from 20 DOGE, Stake pays out from 5.50 DOGE with a 0.52 DOGE fee, Sportsbet.io from 100 DOGE and RocketPlay from 150 DOGE per withdrawal. When the next DOGE site goes live, it gets a card with the same data, and the cards re-sort by score.
Dogecoin network, fees and confirmation times
Speed
Dogecoin's block time is one minute, against Bitcoin's ten and Litecoin's two and a half. Roobet credits a DOGE deposit for withdrawal after one confirmation, so the network part of a deposit is usually done in about a minute. Any longer wait comes from the casino's own processing.
Fees and dust
The 0.01 DOGE per kilobyte default is what Dogecoin Core suggests; your wallet may set its own fee. Dogecoin Core also treats outputs under 0.01 DOGE as dust it discards by default, and outputs under 0.001 DOGE as invalid. That matters only for tiny amounts, but it is why sending crumbs of DOGE to a casino is a bad idea.
Price movement
DOGE is not a stablecoin. If you play with it, decide whether you count your result in DOGE or in dollars before you start. If you want neither problem, a stablecoin balance is cleaner: see the USDT casinos list.
How I pick Dogecoin casinos
The method is on how I rate. DOGE must be accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the operator's own pages; licence and restricted countries must be published; and the site must not be on the Shit List. Payout speed counts only once a timed withdrawal with its hash is on the payout tests page.

Roobet has been live since 2019, holds a Curaçao licence by its own statement, and runs both a casino and a sportsbook on one balance. It does not charge a withdrawal fee of its own, but it wants 100% of each deposit wagered before you withdraw, and it reserves the right to set a minimum withdrawal without publishing one. Its Trustpilot score is 2.6 out of 5 from 2,291 reviews, with complaints about account closures and documents requested before payouts.
What to watch out for
- No published minimum. Roobet can set a minimum withdrawal at its discretion. Check the cashier before you deposit a small amount of DOGE.
- Deposit rollover. Roobet wants 100% of each deposit wagered before a withdrawal. Depositing DOGE to hold it is not an option there.
- Documents at any time. Roobet's terms let it request KYC documents at any time and restrict withdrawals until you complete them. No threshold is published.
- Restricted countries. Roobet excludes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, the Netherlands and others. Its terms make you warrant you are not in a restricted territory.
- Volatility on the way out. The dollar value of a pending DOGE withdrawal keeps moving with the market until the coins land in your wallet.
Common mistakes
Choosing DOGE because it is cheap to send, then losing more to price swings than any fee would have cost. Sending dust-sized test transactions. Assuming a coin-specific bonus exists because a comparison site lists DOGE offers; check the casino's own promotions page, then run any rollover through the wagering calculator.
How to use this list
Cards above are sorted by overall score, and each links to the full review with its KYC clause, restricted countries and coin list. If your casino of choice skips DOGE, the Litecoin casinos list has a similar speed profile and an even wider choice of reviewed sites.
