What I like

  • Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 that opens as active on the CGA's own validator
  • Non-sticky welcome bonuses with 40x on the bonus only, never on deposit plus bonus
  • Six coins with small minimums and fee-free withdrawals
  • Games from 108 providers, live casino, tournaments and a sportsbook with esports
  • Casino.guru Safety Index 9.8 with no unresolved complaints

What sucks

  • Withdrawals capped at €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month; big wins paid in monthly instalments
  • Full KYC with ID, address and payment proof, possibly a video call; the FAQ contradicts itself on crypto
  • More than 200 territories restricted, including the US, UK, France, Spain and the Netherlands
  • Trustpilot hides its rating for a guidelines breach and removed fake reviews
  • Dormant accounts pay at least €25 a month after 12 months

My take

This RocketPlay review covers a big, polished casino on the SOFTSWISS platform that has been online since 2020, takes six cryptocurrencies next to cards and e-wallets, and holds a Curaçao licence that checks out on the regulator’s own validator. It is a casino first, with a sportsbook bolted on. The catches are a €5,000 weekly withdrawal cap, full document checks before you cash out, and a restricted list so long that most of the world is on it. Good for slot players in the countries it serves; poor for high rollers and anyone who wants to stay anonymous.

First impressions

RocketPlay looks like what it is: a mature casino platform with a space theme. Dark lobby, yellow buttons, a rocket in the logo and a menu that goes Slots, Live Casino, Sports, VIP Club, Tournaments and Missions. The site runs in English with regional versions for Australia, Canada and New Zealand, plus German, French-Canadian, Norwegian and Italian. Sign-up is email-based and you confirm the address by link before you can withdraw or claim bonuses.

What stands out is how much the operator writes down. The payments page lists every method with its minimum, maximum and fee. The bonus terms run to several thousand words and spell out the max bet in each currency. That is the good news. The less good news is buried in the same documents: a weekly cash-out cap, instalment payouts for big wins and a monthly fee on dormant accounts.

Games & sportsbook

Casino.guru counts games from 108 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, ELK, Hacksaw, BGaming and Evolution for live tables. The lobby splits them into the usual buckets: top, new, jackpots, bonus buy, Megaways, table games, crash and lottery titles. A separate “Bonus Wagering” category tells you which slots actually count while a bonus is active, which saves an argument with support later. Tournaments and missions run on top, with prizes paid as spins, bonus cash or real money.

Live casino covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. If dealers are your thing, my live casino list compares deeper rooms, and the slots category ranks the libraries.

The sportsbook is a secondary product. It offers six odds formats, esports markets and cash-out on some markets, and has its own terms and a weekly sports cashback. One clause in those terms deserves a mention: RocketPlay may phone you before paying sports winnings, and an unanswered call can cost you the payout. If betting is your main reason to sign up, start from the crypto sportsbooks list instead.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

RocketPlay takes six coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Dogecoin. Minimums are small, from 0.0001 BTC or 5 USDT, and crypto deposits are listed as instant. The payments page does not say which network USDT runs on, so check the address in the cashier before sending. Cards and e-wallets start at €20 and cap at €4,000 per deposit.

Every withdrawal method is listed as fee-free. Per transaction, crypto runs from 0.00084 to 0.6 BTC, or 20 to 4,000 USDT. The real limit sits in the terms: €5,000 per week and €20,000 per month, with higher limits for VIPs at the casino’s discretion. A balance above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of €15,000. So a €60,000 win is a four-month payout plan, not a transfer. You also have to wager each deposit once before cashing out, and you withdraw by the same method you deposited with.

Processing takes “up to 24 hours” on RocketPlay’s side, then up to 24 hours for e-wallets and 3 to 7 business days for cards and bank transfers. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

KYC is full, and the help centre contradicts itself about it. The terms call verification obligatory and ask for a government ID, proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of payment. The FAQ adds that RocketPlay may request a video call, and that an account is locked if you cannot be reached for two weeks after a withdrawal request. One FAQ line says crypto players do not need verification before withdrawing; the withdrawal section two answers up says the account must be verified. Plan for documents. Document checks take 1 to 24 hours, according to the same FAQ. If anonymity matters, look at my no-KYC casinos instead. Accounts idle for 12 months pay a fee of at least €25 a month until the balance hits zero.

Bonus: is it worth it

The welcome package is two deposits. The first gets 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, released 20 a day for five days, and each new batch only arrives after a 1x wagering condition is met. The second deposit, from €50, gets 200% up to €1,000. Both carry 40x wagering on the bonus amount, must be cleared in 5 days, cap bets at €5 and cap winnings at €5,000 per bonus. Free-spin winnings are capped at €200.

The structure is better than most. Bonuses are non-sticky: you play your cash first and can walk away with it before touching the bonus. Wagering applies to the bonus, not deposit plus bonus. Run it on a €100 first deposit: €4,000 of slot bets at a 4 percent house edge costs about €160 in expected losses against a €100 bonus. That is negative, and five days is short. The second-deposit 200% is the better ratio: €100 in, €200 bonus, €8,000 to wager, about €320 expected loss. Still negative. Check your own numbers in the wagering calculator. Live games count 5 percent and game shows zero, so table players should decline. Weekly cashback from VIP level 4 carries only 5x wagering, but crypto wallets are excluded from it.

Trust & reputation

The licence is real. The footer seal opens the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator, which lists Scores55 Tech B.V. as operator of rocketplay.com under OGL/2024/1307/0748, granted July 2024, status active. The terms allow escalation to the regulator or an ADR service.

Casino Guru gives RocketPlay a 9.8 Safety Index, “Very high”, rates the terms fair and puts revenue above €20 million a year. Its complaint centre lists 60 cases: 19 resolved, 40 rejected, one open and none unresolved. The titles are the usual mix of delayed withdrawals, closed accounts and a VPN closure.

Trustpilot is the odd one out. The page has about 2,850 reviews, 70 percent five stars, but the rating itself is hidden “due to a breach of our guidelines”, with a note that fake reviews were removed. That says nothing about payouts and a lot about marketing. Search results also show Trustpilot pages for look-alike domains such as rockettplay.com; I can’t tie those to this operator, so type rocketplay.com yourself.

Who should play at RocketPlay

The slot player in a served country (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Norway and a few others) who deposits in crypto and wants a big library with a checkable licence.

The bonus player who reads terms: non-sticky bonuses, wagering on the bonus only and a published bonus-game list are rarer than they should be.

Not for you if you live in the US, UK or most of Europe, want anonymity, or play stakes where €5,000 a week is a problem. Rainbet and Roobet ask for less paperwork, and my sites like RocketPlay page ranks the rest.

Bottom line

RocketPlay is a licensed, well-documented casino with a fair bonus structure, held back by full KYC and a €5,000 weekly withdrawal cap.

RocketPlay FAQ

Is RocketPlay legit?

Yes. Scores55 Tech B.V. runs rocketplay.com under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748, shown as active on the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator since July 2024. Casino.guru rates it 9.8 with no unresolved complaints. Trustpilot hides its rating over a guidelines breach, which concerns reviews, not payouts.

Does RocketPlay require KYC?

Yes. The terms make verification obligatory before payouts: government ID, proof of address under 90 days old and proof of payment, plus a possible video call. One FAQ line says crypto users can skip it; the withdrawal rules say otherwise, so plan for documents.

How fast are RocketPlay withdrawals?

RocketPlay says it approves withdrawals within 24 hours, and crypto is listed as instant and fee-free after that. Cards and bank transfers take 3 to 7 business days. I have not timed a payout myself yet.

What is the RocketPlay withdrawal limit?

€5,000 per week and €20,000 per month (or the equivalent), with VIP exceptions at the casino's discretion. Balances above €15,000 can be paid in monthly instalments of €15,000. Per transaction, crypto goes up to 0.6 BTC or 4,000 USDT.

Which countries can't use RocketPlay?

The terms list over 200 territories, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Israel and Curaçao. Players from Sweden cannot claim bonuses.

What are the best RocketPlay alternatives?

Crypto casinos with lighter KYC and higher weekly limits, or broader country coverage. My ranked list is at /sites-like/rocketplay/.

Does RocketPlay have a no deposit bonus code?

Not on its promotions page. The welcome offer needs a deposit: 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins from €20, then 200% up to €1,000 from €50, both at 40x the bonus within 5 days. The only code I saw is "highroller", for a 50% deposit bonus up to €1,600, and free-spin winnings are capped at €200.

Can Canadians play at RocketPlay?

By its terms, yes. Canada is not among the roughly 218 territories in section 3.6, CAD is one of the supported currencies, the footer shows an Interac logo, and the site has en-CA and fr-CA versions. Verification is obligatory before payouts: ID, proof of address under 90 days old and proof of payment. Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week or the equivalent. RocketPlay is not in iGaming Ontario's directory, whose regulator calls sites outside it unregulated.
