Litecoin never gets the headlines, but it is one of the most practical coins to gamble with. A Litecoin casino takes LTC in and pays LTC out, and because Litecoin targets a block every 2.5 minutes instead of Bitcoin's 10, the network part of a deposit or withdrawal is usually short. Almost every crypto cashier lists it, including sites that skip newer chains like Solana or Tron.
The catch is the same as with any non-stable coin: LTC moves against the dollar, and the casino's own processing time matters more than the chain. A fast coin at a slow cashier is still a slow withdrawal.
Litecoin's target block time is 2.5 minutes, a quarter of Bitcoin's 10 minutes. Casinos usually credit an LTC deposit after one confirmation: Roobet needs one before you can withdraw it, and Bovada posts funds after one confirmation, or six if the transaction is delayed. So a typical deposit is usable within minutes.
Since May 2022 Litecoin supports MWEB, an optional extension that lets you send confidential transactions with hidden amounts. None of the sites below mentions MWEB in the pages I read. Send standard LTC from a normal address unless the cashier explicitly says it accepts MWEB.
LTC is volatile like BTC and ETH. Bovada converts crypto deposits to USD on arrival, so a balance there does not move with the LTC price; sites that keep your balance in LTC do. If you want no price exposure, compare the stablecoin lists before depositing.
Litecoin earns its place when the withdrawal is small or the casino's BTC minimum is high. It is also on the cashier of US-facing Bovada, which skips newer chains like Solana and Tron. It is the wrong pick if you want a balance that holds its dollar value, or if your exchange only lets you withdraw it on a slow schedule. Check both ends before you choose.
The method is on how I rate. For this list, LTC must be accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the operator's own pages; LTC minimums must be findable; licence and restricted countries must be published; and the site must not be on the Shit List. Payout speed counts only with a timed withdrawal and a hash on the payout tests page. None of the sites here has one yet.

Bovada is where LTC shines among these three. Its LTC minimum withdrawal is $10, tied for the lowest it offers and far below the $75 for BTC, and the highest weekly cap, $180,000. One warning: its two help pages disagree on the maximum per request, $9,500 on the limits page and $2,500 in the crypto FAQ, so plan for the lower figure. Approval takes about 24 hours, then LTC arrives within the hour. Roobet and Rainbet both take LTC with no withdrawal fee of their own, Rainbet after one rollover of the deposit.
Choosing BTC for a small withdrawal at Bovada and hitting the $75 minimum when LTC would have cleared at $10. Sending from an MWEB address to a cashier that never mentions it. Counting a rise in the LTC price as a winning session. And taking an LTC deposit bonus without checking the rollover in the wagering calculator.

On the network, yes: Litecoin targets a block every 2.5 minutes against Bitcoin's 10. At Bovada the difference is bigger than the chain: after approval, LTC arrives within an hour, BTC can take up to 24 hours. The casino's review time still decides most of the wait.
Almost every site in my directory, from Roobet, Stake and BitStarz to Bovada and Rainbet, takes LTC for deposits and withdrawals. The list above shows them all, and it grows as reviews are published.
Bovada publishes $10 for LTC, tied with BCH, BSV and Lightning for its lowest crypto minimum. Rainbet's minimum is $15 or the equivalent. Roobet does not publish one and reserves the right to set it.
The coin does not decide that. Rainbet and Roobet list the United States as restricted. Bovada accepts US players except in 19 states plus DC named in its terms. Where online gambling is prohibited, using LTC does not make it allowed.
