My take

This Gamdom review covers a brand that started in 2016 as a Counter-Strike casino community and is now a very large crypto casino: 8,300+ games, provably fair Originals with six-figure max bets, a sportsbook and 11 coins on one wallet. KYC is not asked by default, withdrawals are stated at 5 minutes to an hour and there is no fixed monthly cap. The weak spots are paperwork and promotions: the rakeback formula is secret, the deposit bonus has no public numbers, and Trustpilot has suspended Gamdom’s rating for a guidelines breach.

First impressions

My first impression was a wall: from Italy, gamdom.com shows only a “not available in your country” page, and I left it there. The help pages and the help centre are public, and they are more complete than most: the operator’s name, company number and licence sit in the footer, the terms (last updated October 2025) are written in plain English, and the help centre explains KYC levels, withdrawal stages and bet limits.

Games & sportsbook

Gamdom says it runs over 8,300 games from more than 60 providers, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution, Hacksaw and Nolimit City among them, plus live dealers and game shows. The Originals are the draw: eleven house games, from Crash and Dice to Mines and Blackjack, run on a published SHA-256 hash chain with verifier code for each. Max bets are high: $500,000 on Crash and $600,000 on Roulette red or black. Slot players: see my crypto slots list.

The sportsbook covers football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, MMA, cricket, horse racing and esports such as Counter-Strike and Dota 2. Singles, combos, system bets and cash-out are there. Sports limits depend on the event tier and on your account status, so a winning account can see its limits shrink. I did not measure margins here.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The help centre lists 11 coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Solana, BNB, TRX and three stablecoins. USDT runs on Ethereum, Tron and BNB Smart Chain; USDC and USD1 also run on Solana. Card and bank deposits go through Swapped from about $9, and Gamdom charges no deposit fee. Withdrawals pay a network fee and let you pick slow, standard or fast. The stated time is 5 minutes to 1 hour. There is no fixed monthly limit, but very large wins can be split into instalments. Two rules matter. Every deposit must be wagered once before you withdraw, and you withdraw in the same coin you deposited. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

Gamdom says most players never see KYC. Level 1 is name, date of birth and country. Level 2 is an ID and a selfie through Veriff. Level 3, proof of funds, only comes when compliance asks for it. The catch is in the wording: verification may be required “to enable withdrawals in certain cases”, and no amount is published.

Bonus: the real value

There is no headline match bonus to calculate. New accounts can switch on a 15% boosted instant rakeback for seven days, but only within six hours of signing up. After that, rewards depend on your bets, game RTP and “undisclosed elements”. The deposit-bonus guide gives a percentage, a cap and a wagering multiple that all “may vary”, and excludes a long list of live tables and low-edge games. Without numbers, the wagering calculator can’t help you. Take the rakeback and read any deposit offer in your account first: once you opt in, you cannot opt out.

Trust & reputation

The licence number in the footer, ALSI-152406043-FI4, is on the Anjouan public register as “valid” for Moon Revolution Limitada. The same entry shows an expiry date of 29 June 2026, which has already passed, so check it yourself before a big deposit. Casino Guru rates Gamdom 9.2, “Very high”. It found no unfair terms and lists 89 complaints: 3 unresolved, 18 resolved and 68 rejected. Casino Guru calls that a good ratio for a casino it estimates at over $20 million a year in revenue. Trustpilot is the odd one out. It shows 5,135 reviews but hides the score, because of a breach of its guidelines, and says it removed fake reviews. Gamdom replies to 99 percent of negative reviews there. On Casino Guru, the complaint titles are mostly confiscated winnings, locked accounts and delayed payouts. Which sites are most like Gamdom?

Stake publishes its rakeback at 3.5% of the house edge, Gamdom keeps its formula private. Both make you wager every deposit once and can ask for ID with no threshold, and both registry entries show expiry dates that have already passed.

Why is my Gamdom withdrawal disabled?

Usually one of three things. Every deposit has to be wagered once before you can cash out, and Gamdom's help centre says that rule can't be removed. Withdrawals can also stay disabled until a verification it asked for is finished: ID and a selfie via Veriff, or proof of funds. And you withdraw in the same coin you deposited. I have not hit a blocked withdrawal myself, because I have not tested one yet.

Gamdom charges no deposit fee of its own, though third parties can. Crypto minimums are not published in the help centre. Whatever you deposit has to be wagered once before a withdrawal, and you cash out in the coin you deposited.
