What I like

  • Curaçao licence OGL/2024/923/0383 that opens as active on the CGA's own validator
  • Twelve coins, including USDC, Dai and XRP, with networks listed and no operator withdrawal fees
  • 94 providers, live tables, tournaments, a sportsbook and esports
  • Non-sticky welcome bonuses with 40x on the bonus only
  • Live chat 24/7 and a stated 30-minute to 24-hour processing time

What sucks

  • Casino Guru Safety Index 3.2, Very low, with an explicit advice to avoid
  • Withdrawals capped at €2,000 a day and €25,000 a month; deposits must be wagered 3x first
  • Mandatory KYC with selfie before any withdrawal; balance can be seized if documents are late by a month
  • A clause lets the casino cap withdrawals at $2,000 after bonuses or big wins
  • Trustpilot hides its rating for a guidelines breach and removed fake reviews

My take

This WinSpirit review covers a neon-themed casino online since 2022, run by Complete Technologies N.V. under a Curaçao licence that checks out on the regulator’s validator. It takes twelve cryptocurrencies, adds a sportsbook and esports tab, and promises withdrawals processed in about an hour. The fine print is less cheerful: €2,000 a day maximum, deposits wagered three times before you can cash out, and mandatory KYC with a selfie. Casino Guru rates it 3.2 out of 10 and tells players to avoid it, which is the single most important fact on this page.

First impressions

WinSpirit looks like a nightclub sign: purple background, pink neon logo, green sign-up button. The menu runs Casino, Live Casino, Sports, Esports, Promotions, Gift Shop and VIP Club, and the site comes in a dozen language versions, including Italian, Hungarian and Brazilian Portuguese. It also guesses your language from your location, so I had to ask for English explicitly to read the terms. Sign-up is the usual email, password and currency, with a confirmation link. The terms also ask for a valid phone number, and an unreachable number can restrict bonuses.

The home page sells speed: “Up to 60 min” average withdrawal processing and 24/7 support. The terms are more careful, with 30 minutes to 24 hours “in most cases” and up to seven business days at worst. That gap is worth remembering when you read the reviews below.

Games & sportsbook

Casino Guru counts 94 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Nolimit City, ELK, Thunderkick, Push Gaming, BGaming and Evolution for live tables. The lobby mixes slots, jackpots, crash games, live dealers, branded WinSpirit live tables and provider tournaments with big advertised prize pools. A “Bonus Wagering” section shows which slots count while a bonus is active. Results come from a random number generator; I found no provably fair games or verifier.

For a deeper live room, my live casino list ranks the options, and the slots category compares libraries.

The sportsbook and esports tabs are a side product with their own welcome offer, 100% plus a 25% freebet over two deposits, and a separate sports bonus T&C. If betting is the main event for you, start from my crypto sportsbooks page instead.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The coin list is long. The crypto page names eight coins with networks: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether on Ethereum, Tron or BNB Smart Chain, USD Coin, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai and XRP. The FAQ adds Dogecoin, Tron, Solana and BNB, which brings the total to twelve. Each crypto deposit starts at the equivalent of €18, and there is no automatic conversion, so send the exact coin and network shown in the cashier. Cards and e-wallets run from €20 to €3,000 per deposit.

WinSpirit charges no withdrawal fees of its own. The limits are where it bites: €2,000 a day and €25,000 a month, raised “based on the User’s activity and status”. Every deposit must be wagered three times before a related withdrawal is allowed, triple the 1x most sites I review ask for. And one clause in the bonus section lets the casino cap a withdrawal at $2,000 if you accepted bonuses or won more than that. Processing is 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, then up to 24 hours for e-wallets and three to five business days for banks. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

KYC is mandatory and comes before any withdrawal. You upload an ID, take a live selfie and then verify the payment method; WinSpirit says this takes 2 to 24 hours and happens once. The KYC page adds bank statements, card photos, video and phone calls. The harshest line is in the terms: if you do not send requested documents within one calendar month, the casino may seize the balance and close the account. Anyone who wants to stay anonymous should look at my no-KYC casinos. Accounts with no transactions for six months pay $10 a month.

Bonus: is it worth it

The welcome offer is modest: 100% up to €200 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, from €20, and 200% up to €200 on the second, from €40. Both carry 40x wagering on the bonus amount, must be cleared in seven days, count bets only up to €5 and cap winnings at €2,000. Free-spin winnings stop at €200. Table games, video poker and roulette count zero, and only a few live studios count 5 percent.

The structure is fair on paper: bonuses are non-sticky, so you play your own money first and can withdraw the deposit by giving up the bonus. The math is the usual story. A €100 second deposit gets €200 bonus and needs €8,000 in slot bets, about €320 in expected losses at a 4 percent house edge. That is negative before the 3x deposit rule and the $2,000 clause come into play. Check it in the wagering calculator. Weekly cashback with 5x wagering is the more useful promo for regular players.

Trust & reputation

The licence is real. The footer seal opens the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator, which lists Complete Technologies N.V. as operator of winspirit.com under OGL/2024/923/0383, granted March 2025, status active. Card payments run through a Cyprus subsidiary. Disputes go to a CGA-certified mediator, but only above €5,000 or for responsible gaming cases.

Third parties are harsh. Casino Guru gives WinSpirit a Safety Index of 3.2, “Very low”, calls its complaint ratio very bad and advises players to avoid it. It finds the terms fair, though, and the visible complaints are mostly delayed withdrawals closed because the player stopped answering. A €131,000 balance that vanished after an AML email in July 2026 was resolved a month later. One case is unresolved and two are open, including a self-excluded player who says she could deposit across the group’s brands. On LCB, a €750 complaint from May 2026 was closed because the casino stopped responding. Trustpilot shows 73 percent five-star reviews out of about 7,800, but the rating is hidden for a guidelines breach and fake reviews were removed. That is not a payout problem, but it is a trust problem.

Who should play at WinSpirit

The casual slot player in a served country who deposits small amounts in crypto, cashes out under €2,000 at a time and accepts a selfie check.

The multi-coin holder who wants XRP, Dai or Solana accepted alongside Bitcoin and Tether.

Not for you if you play big, want anonymity, or put weight on independent safety scores. Rainbet and Roobet are calmer options, and my sites like WinSpirit page ranks more.

Bottom line

WinSpirit is a licensed, coin-friendly casino with tight daily limits, heavy KYC and a reputation score low enough that I would keep deposits small.

WinSpirit FAQ

Is WinSpirit legit?

It is licensed: Complete Technologies N.V. runs winspirit.com under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/923/0383, shown as active on the Curaçao Gaming Authority validator since March 2025. Reputation is another matter: Casino Guru rates it 3.2 (Very low) and advises players to avoid it, and Trustpilot hides its rating over fake reviews.

Does WinSpirit require KYC?

Yes. The terms say no withdrawal is made until the account is verified: ID, a live selfie and the payment method, sometimes bank statements or a video call. WinSpirit says checks take 2 to 24 hours. If requested documents are not sent within a month, the casino may seize the balance.

How long do WinSpirit withdrawals take?

The terms say 30 minutes to 24 hours in most cases, up to 72 hours in exceptional cases and seven business days at most, plus up to 24 hours for e-wallets and three to five business days for banks. I have not timed a payout myself yet.

What is the WinSpirit withdrawal limit?

€2,000 per day and €25,000 per month, raised by account status. Each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawing, and withdrawals after bonuses or wins above $2,000 can be capped at $2,000.

Which countries can't play at WinSpirit?

The terms exclude Israel, the USA, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Malta, Latvia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, the Netherlands, Curaçao, Aruba, the Caribbean Netherlands and players physically in Australia, plus any country where real-money gambling is illegal.

What are the best WinSpirit alternatives?

Crypto casinos with higher daily limits, a 1x deposit rule, lighter KYC and better independent safety scores. My ranked list is at /sites-like/winspirit/.

Can players in Canada or Australia use WinSpirit?

Canada is not on WinSpirit's restricted list, the site has English (CA) and French (CA) versions, and Interac is among the deposit methods. Australia is different: the terms exclude players physically present in Australia at the time of play. The list ends with "legally uncertain territories" and can change without notice, so whether you may play there is yours to check.

Are there WinSpirit promo codes for existing players?

I found no standing public code. What regulars get is on the promotions pages: Wednesday free spins, a Sunday gift of 10–30%, weekly cashback by VIP level with x5 wagering and a x25 max win, level-up bonuses from Slate to VIP Diamond, a Gift Shop, tournaments and drops. Installing the app gives 20 no-deposit spins. Read the bonus terms before you claim any of it.

Can I play at WinSpirit in Canadian dollars?

Yes. The terms list CAD among seven account currencies (§7.1.2), next to euros, US, Australian and New Zealand dollars, reals and rupees, and the FAQ names Interac among the deposit methods. Limits are set in euros: deposits from 20 to 3,000 EUR, withdrawals from the equivalent of 50 USD and at most 2,000 EUR a day. No withdrawal is paid before your account is verified. WinSpirit is not in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites.
