Ice Casino Review
Big slot library on a licence that checks out, but full KYC and slow large payouts: verify early, cash out small and skip the welcome pack.
— the Scout

What I like
- Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338 shown as Active on the regulator's certificate for icecasino.com
- Around 100 game providers, live casino, sportsbook and esports on one balance
- Withdrawal approval times written into the terms by amount, from 5 minutes to 12 hours up to €499
- Casino Guru Safety Index 9.8 with no unresolved complaints and no blacklist
- Weekly cashback of 3% to 12% with only 5x wagering
What sucks
- Full KYC: ID for any withdrawal from $1,000, selfie with documents and video calls possible
- €5,000 to €29,999 can take 30 working days to approve; €5,000 per 30 days cap once cash-outs reach 20x deposits
- KYC policy says it does not accept crypto; coins appear only on some country pages, with no fees published
- Up to 20% of a withdrawal can be withheld if you wager less than twice your deposit
- Welcome pack at 40x in 5 days, €5 max bet, 40 providers excluded from wagering
My take
This Ice Casino review covers a big, slot-heavy casino with a sportsbook attached, run by Whitebox B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338. I opened the regulator’s certificate: it reads “Active”. The catches are in the cashier rules: ID from $1,000, up to 30 working days to approve a €5,000+ withdrawal, and a KYC policy that rejects crypto while the Portuguese page lists nine coins. Good for slot players who verify early and cash out small. Wrong for anyone who wants anonymity.

First impressions
Ice Casino looks like a winter resort designed by a slot studio: white and ice-blue, a crystal throne in the hero banner and an alarm-clock offer of 120% plus 150 free spins “only for 1 hour”. The left rail runs Game Hall, Sports, Tournaments, Live, Promotions, Loyalty, a points shop and a Wheel of Fortune. It is busy, but it loads fast and works in a mobile browser. There is an Android APK if you want one.
Sign-up asks for email, password and currency, then name, date of birth and phone number. That is fiat-casino onboarding, not crypto-casino onboarding.
The copy needs an editor. The home page says “founded in 2013” and “10+ Years of Trust”; the About page calls Ice “a new, fresh brand”. Payouts take “less than 5 minutes” on one page, 12 hours on another. When a site disagrees with itself, I go with the terms, because that is what support will quote.
Games & sportsbook
The library is the strong part. Casino Guru counts 102 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Hacksaw, Big Time Gaming, Evolution and Spribe. The English game sitemap lists thousands of titles. Gamecheck, an independent auditor, found no fake games in its sample. Slots dominate, with drops-and-wins networks and weekly tournaments; the live section covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows.
There are no originals and nothing provably fair: outcomes come from the providers’ RNGs and, per §22.4, the server’s record is final.
The sportsbook covers football, tennis, basketball, the NFL and NBA, cricket and darts, plus esports (Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Valorant) and a “predictions” tab. I have not measured its margins. One recent complaint: a Polish player lost about €12,000 in sports winnings overnight, and the casino said the provider had voided bets priced on wrong data. If betting is your main game, compare it with a dedicated crypto sportsbook first.
Deposits, withdrawals & KYC
Here Ice Casino stops being simple. The English page served to me lists cards, e-wallets and Interac, no crypto. The Portuguese-language page lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether (ERC20 and TRC20), TRON, BNB, Dogecoin, USD Coin and Toncoin, plus Binance Pay; the Polish page sets the crypto minimum deposit at 130 zł. Yet §7 of the KYC policy says the company “does not accept payments from the anonymous payment instruments (cryptocurrencies…)”. I list the nine coins because an official page names them, but availability depends on your country. Check the cashier before you count on USDT or BTC here.
No crypto fee, network fee or confirmation time is published on any public page. The terms have two general fee rules instead. Withdrawing funds you have not played can cost “our own costs”. If your turnover is less than twice your deposit, the casino may keep 20% of the withdrawal to “cover payment expenses”. Play your deposit through at least twice before cashing out.
Withdrawal times in the terms run by amount, and only start once KYC is done. Up to €499: 5 minutes to 12 hours, at most 2 working days. €500 to €4,999: up to 48 hours, at most 5 working days. €5,000 to €29,999: within 30 working days. Above that, individual terms. One more clause caps you at €5,000 per 30 days once your withdrawals, balance and past cash-outs reach 20 times your total deposits. That one is aimed at big winners. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.
KYC is full. The terms require ID for any withdrawal of $1,000 or more, the KYC policy starts verification once your transactions total €1,000, and the AML policy says all users must be verified. Expect ID, a photo of your card, a selfie with your documents, maybe proof of address, a bank statement, a handwritten note with your email and a code, or a video call. Verify after your first deposit, not after your first win. If you want a site that skips this, try my no-KYC list. Ice Casino will never be on it.
Bonus: what it is really worth
The welcome pack runs over four deposits, from €10 each. First deposit: 120% up to €300 plus 120 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. Second: 200% up to €700 plus 100 spins if you deposit €50 or more, or 125% plus 50 spins below that. Third: 100% up to €200 plus 25 spins. Fourth: 110% up to €300 plus 25 spins. Total: €1,500 and 270 spins. Cash bonuses carry 40x, spins 35x, and each part expires 5 days after activation.
The fine print does the real work. The maximum bet is €5 per spin, and a breach can cancel your real balance as well as the bonus. Live casino, table and instant games do not count. Bonus wagering is banned on 40 providers, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Playtech and Push Gaming among them. Popular slots like Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead and Sweet Bonanza 1000 count only 50%. A withdrawal request forfeits every active bonus. The pack page names no maximum cash-out, while the terms cap “any other bonus” at €50. Ask support which rule applies before you opt in.
The maths on the first step: deposit €250, get €300, wager 40 × €300 = €12,000. At a typical 96% RTP that costs about €480 on average, which is more than the €300 you were given. Run your own numbers through the wagering calculator. The weekly cashback, 3% to 12% by loyalty status with 5x wagering, is the better long-term deal for regulars.
Trust & reputation
The licence checks out. The CGA certificate names WhiteBox B.V., company 155412, for icecasino.com, and shows the licence as active. The CGA’s own register lists it as “assessment in progress”, like about 280 other licences on the same list, and the enforcement register has no entry for it. Payments run through T&C Whitebox CY Limited in Limassol, and a site message says icecasino.com “is moving to a new legal entity”. Reviews that still name Brivio Limited and an Antillephone licence are out of date.
Ice Casino has a sister. The Ice Casino terms (§2.1) and the V.Vegas terms name the same operator, Whitebox B.V., with the same company number and the same licence number. The CGA certificates for both domains confirm it. Both sites allow one account per person and void duplicates, so if you once played at Vulkan Vegas, mention it to support before you deposit.
Casino Guru gives Ice Casino a Safety Index of 9.8. It finds no unfair clauses, no blacklists and a “very good” complaints ratio: 561 complaints across Ice and its linked casinos, 239 resolved, 317 rejected, none unresolved. The open cases from recent weeks show the pattern: €1,700 confiscated over a forgotten duplicate account, €1,050 kept for a VPN the player says ran by accident, a €10,000 withdrawal held over a surname typo. On Trustpilot it scores 4.0 from 922 reviews, but 29% are one-star, and the recent ones are about cancelled withdrawals, bonus caps and document requests. I could not read AskGamblers, which blocks visitors from my location.
Who should play at Ice Casino
The slot regular. You want a huge library, weekly cashback and tournaments, you verify on day one and you cash out in hundreds, not tens of thousands.
The casual bettor who likes having football, esports and slots on one balance, and never touches the welcome bonus.
Not for you if you want crypto without ID, if you play from a restricted country or behind a VPN, or if a five-figure win would need to land fast. For alternatives in the same format, compare RocketPlay and WinSpirit, see the crypto casino list, the live casino list or sites like Ice Casino.
Bottom line
A licensed, well-stocked casino with paperwork to match: fine for verified players who withdraw small, a slow road for anyone chasing a big win. Visit Ice Casino if that trade suits you.
Ice Casino FAQ
Is Ice Casino legit?
Yes, in the sense that it is licensed and pays most players. Whitebox B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate for icecasino.com says it is active; the CGA register lists the renewal as in assessment. Casino Guru rates it 9.8 with no unresolved complaints. The risks are in the terms: full KYC, slow approval of large withdrawals and voided winnings for duplicate accounts or VPN use.
How long do Ice Casino withdrawals take?
The terms set approval times by amount, and only after KYC: up to €499 in 5 minutes to 12 hours (at most 2 working days), €500 to €4,999 within 48 hours (at most 5 working days), €5,000 to €29,999 within 30 working days, and €30,000 or more on individual terms. Bank and card transfers can add days after approval. I have not timed a payout myself yet.
Does Ice Casino charge crypto fees?
No crypto fee, network fee or confirmation time is published on any public page. The terms do allow a fee equal to the casino's costs on funds you have not played, and the casino can keep up to 20% of a withdrawal if your turnover is less than twice your deposit. Wager your deposit at least twice before cashing out and check the cashier for the network fee.
Does Ice Casino require KYC?
Yes, full KYC. You give your name, date of birth and phone number at sign-up, ID is required for any withdrawal of $1,000 or more and once your transactions total €1,000, and the AML policy says all users must be verified. Expect a selfie with your documents, a photo of your card and possibly a video call. Ice Casino is not a no-KYC casino.
Is Ice Casino the same company as Vulkan Vegas?
Yes. The terms of Ice Casino and of V.Vegas (Vulkan Vegas) both name Whitebox B.V., company 155412, with Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338, and the regulator's certificates for both domains confirm it. Both allow one account per person, so tell support if you already played at the other site. Read my Vulkan Vegas review.
Which countries can't use Ice Casino?
The terms list 54 territories, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and its Caribbean islands, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Japan, Brazil, Russia and Ukraine. There is no separate state list: the whole US is excluded. Using a VPN can get your account closed and winnings voided.
What are the best Ice Casino alternatives?
Casinos with similar slot libraries but lighter KYC, published crypto fees or faster declared payouts for large wins. See the ranked list at sites like Ice Casino.
Do I need an Ice Casino promo code in 2026?
No. The welcome pack on Ice Casino's bonuses page needs no code: up to €1,500 and 270 free spins over four deposits, with a €10 minimum deposit, 40x wagering on bonus cash and 35x on free-spin winnings, five days for each. The same page mentions a no-deposit bonus of usually 50 free spins or €25 once your details are complete, but I found no public terms page for it. I cannot read Reddit, so I have not checked the codes posted there.
Can I play at Ice Casino from Poland?
Poland is not among the 54 territories Ice Casino's terms exclude, and neither are Germany, Canada, Ireland, Portugal or Greece. That is the operator's list, not a legal opinion, so check Polish rules yourself. The Polish page takes crypto from 130 zł, cards and e-wallets from 25 zł and Blik from 80 zł; withdrawals start at 20 zł in crypto, 45 zł via Jeton or MiFinity and 450 zł by bank transfer. Expect full KYC before any large payout.
