Slotoro Review
A licence you can verify and nine coins, but full KYC, bonus wins capped at 5x the deposit and slow approval on big cash-outs: verify early, withdraw small.
— the Scout

What I like
- CGA certificate for slotoro.bet shows Wiraon B.V., licence OGL/2024/686/0183, status Active; the XCM validator agrees
- Nine coins in the official payment tables, including USDC and TON, with a €10 minimum withdrawal on each
- 86 providers, live casino and a sportsbook on one balance, plus demo mode for everything except live tables
- Casino Guru Safety Index 8.6 with no unresolved complaints out of 23
- Approval times written into the terms: 5 minutes to 12 hours for withdrawals up to €499
What sucks
- Full KYC before the first withdrawal: ID, proof of address and payment proof, selfies or video calls on request
- €5,000 to €29,999 can take 30 working days; capped at €5,000 per 30 days once cash-outs reach 20x deposits
- Bonus wins convert at most 5x the deposit, no-deposit wins stop at €500, other bonuses at €50
- Self-exclusion needs live chat plus an e-mail and only counts once support confirms it
- Trustpilot 1.8 from 89 reviews, 79% one-star, mostly about withdrawals
My take
This Slotoro review covers a 2023 slot casino with a sportsbook bolted on, run by Wiraon B.V. from Curaçao. The licence is easy to check here: the footer links a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate that names slotoro.bet and says Active. The hard part comes later. ID checks start before your first withdrawal, big wins are approved on a slow clock, and every bonus is capped at five times your deposit. Slot players who verify early and cash out in small amounts will be fine. Anyone who wants privacy or a fast six-figure payout should look elsewhere.

First impressions
The home page is purple, loud and crowded. A grinning Joker and a jester girl flank a promise of €2,500 plus 250 free spins. Under the button sits an “Approved by” strip with Trustpilot stars and the Casino Guru logo. Slotoro’s actual Trustpilot score is 1.8. The badge and the score have clearly never met.
Sign-up wants your e-mail, a password, your name, date of birth and phone number. Pick your currency carefully, because you cannot change it later. The site also asks you to verify your phone before it unlocks the full bonus menu. There is an Android APK and an iOS app, plus a mobile site that works without either.
Two details tell you how the copy is written. The terms ban players from Italy, but the site sends Italian visitors to an Italian version. The English bonuses page talks to “the Great White North” in dollars. I read the terms, not the marketing, and so should you.
Games & sportsbook
Slotoro does not publish a game count. Casino Guru lists 86 providers, from Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw and Big Time Gaming to Novomatic, Endorphina and a crowd of smaller studios. The lobby has Megaways, buy-feature and jackpot sections, crash titles such as Aviator and JetX, and in-house “exclusive” games. Everything except live dealer tables runs in demo mode without an account, which is a nice way to check a slot before you pay for it.
The live casino draws on Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live and Vivo Gaming for blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows. Gamecheck has spot-checked the lobby and found no fake games. The home page mentions “MD5 Fair Play” hash checks, but I found no page that shows how to verify a round. The terms let the provider’s RNG and the casino’s server decide, so I do not count it as provably fair.
The sportsbook offers twelve sports and ten esports, pre-match and live, on the same balance as the casino. I have not measured its margins. If betting is your main reason to sign up, compare it first with my crypto sportsbook list.
Deposits, withdrawals & KYC
The official payment tables list Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether on ERC20 and TRC20, USD Coin, Dogecoin, BNB, TRON and TON, plus Binance Pay. That makes nine coins, even though the site’s own FAQ says eight and forgets USDC. Minimum deposit is €10, or €30 for Bitcoin “due to network fees”. Minimum withdrawal is €10 on every coin. Stablecoin users can start from my USDT casinos page. The KYC policy, by the way, still claims the company does not accept cryptocurrencies. Templates are hard to kill.
No page lists crypto or network fees. What the terms do say is less friendly. The casino may charge its own costs if you withdraw money you never played. If your turnover is less than twice your deposit, it may hold back 20% of the withdrawal. Play the deposit through twice before cashing out and neither clause applies.
Approval times sit in §8.13 to §8.16, and none of them runs until KYC is done. Up to €499: 5 minutes to 12 hours, two working days at most. €500 to €4,999: up to 48 hours, five working days at most. €5,000 to €29,999: up to 30 working days. Anything bigger is “individual terms”. If your requests, balance and past withdrawals reach 20 times your deposits, §8.17 can cap you at €5,000 per 30 days. The about page promises payouts “within 12 hours”. The terms are what bind.
Casino Guru’s files show the slow lane in action. A German player asked for €108,611 on 27 August 2026 and had €2,500 two weeks later; he closed the case as resolved without saying how the rest arrived. A Hungarian player saw 940,000 HUF bounced for a “technical error” before it was sorted. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.
KYC is full. The home page says verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal: ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. The terms add an ID requirement from $1,000 per withdrawal, and the KYC policy can ask for a selfie with your documents, a handwritten code or a video call. One Irish player was asked for a selfie with his crypto wallet address. A Polish player lost his account over a wrong date of birth. Enter your details exactly as on your passport and upload documents on day one. Skipping ID altogether is what my no-KYC list is for, and Slotoro is not on it.
Bonus: what it is really worth
The welcome pack covers three deposits and must be switched on in your profile before you pay. Step one is 100% up to €500 with 100 spins, or 150 spins if you deposit within the first hour. Step two is 75% up to €500, or 125% up to €1,000 for €30 or more. Step three is 150% up to €1,000. Slotoro’s own pages disagree on the details: 150 or 250 spins in total, 30x or 40x on spin winnings, €25 or €30 for step three. Check the offer in your profile before you deposit.
The rules that matter: 40x the bonus within 5 days, €5 maximum bet, and no wagering on live, table or instant games. The cap is the real catch. Whatever you win, each step converts to cash at most five times the deposit that unlocked it. Lose the 60-minute window and the pack shrinks to €1,500. No-deposit winnings stop at €500, and “any other bonus” converts at most €50.
The maths on step one is short. Deposit €100, get €100, wager €4,000 in five days. At a 96% RTP you should expect to lose about €160 doing it, more than the bonus. Even a lucky run stops at €500. Plug in your own numbers with the wagering calculator. Weekly cashback of 3% to 7%, capped at €1,000, is the more useful perk for regulars, but it also arrives as bonus money with wagering attached.
Trust & reputation
On licensing, Slotoro is better documented than most Curaçao brands I review. The footer links a CGA certificate stating that slotoro.bet is operated by Wiraon B.V. under OGL/2024/686/0183, status Active. The XCM validator lists the same domain as valid. The CGA register shows the licence with its renewal “in assessment”, and Wiraon is not in the enforcement register.
Slotoro has a sister. Its terms and those of Verde Casino both name Wiraon B.V., company 146886, the same licence and Briantie Limited as payment agent, in §2.1. Read my Verde Casino review and you will recognise the withdrawal tiers.
Casino Guru rates Slotoro 8.6, finds one unfair rule (the bonus win cap) and logs 23 complaints: 6 resolved, 13 rejected, 4 open, none unresolved. Still open in October 2026: a Lithuanian player whose €1,050 is held while the casino asks for proof he was physically in Germany and Sweden, and a Portuguese player whose €1,000 win is blocked over a name mismatch. Trustpilot is grim: 1.8 from 89 reviews, 79% one-star, mostly about withdrawals. Slotoro does reply to most of them. AskGamblers is blocked from my location, so it is not part of this picture.
Self-exclusion and closing your account
There is no one-click exit in the terms. Self-exclusion starts with live chat, continues with an e-mail from your registered address, and only counts once support confirms it. A German player asked by e-mail for permanent closure on 10 June 2026, missed the casino’s confirmation e-mail, and deposited €1,170 on 26 June. Casino Guru ruled the complaint unjustified, but the lesson stands: get written confirmation. A Portuguese player had a €10 deposit accepted on an account blocked for self-exclusion. One more detail from §31.2: once the account is deactivated you cannot withdraw. Cash out first, then close.
Who should play at Slotoro
The slot regular who verifies before the first deposit, skips or understands the bonus cap, and withdraws a few hundred at a time.
The crypto depositor who wants USDC or TON in the cashier and does not mind showing a passport for it.
Skip it if your country is on the list, if you play through a VPN, if you need reliable self-exclusion tools, or if you expect a five-figure win in one transfer. Other options: RocketPlay, Ice Casino, my crypto casino ranking, the live casino list and sites like Slotoro.
Bottom line
Slotoro’s paperwork is in order. Its cashier is slow for big wins, and its bonuses are tighter than the headline suggests. Visit Slotoro if small, verified withdrawals are what you need.
Slotoro FAQ
Is Slotoro legit?
It is a licensed operator with a documented track record, not a scam site. The terms name Wiraon B.V., company 146886, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate linked in the footer confirms that slotoro.bet runs under licence OGL/2024/686/0183, status Active. The CGA register lists the renewal as in assessment. Casino Guru gives it 8.6 with no unresolved complaints, while Trustpilot sits at 1.8, mostly over slow or blocked withdrawals.
How long do Slotoro withdrawals take?
Nothing moves before KYC is complete. After that, the terms promise approval within 5 minutes to 12 hours for up to €499 (2 working days at most), within 48 hours for €500 to €4,999 (5 working days at most), within 30 working days for €5,000 to €29,999, and individual terms from €30,000. Once withdrawals plus balance reach 20 times your deposits, you can be held to €5,000 per 30 days. The about page says 12 hours; the terms decide. I have not timed a payout here yet.
Does Slotoro charge crypto fees?
Slotoro publishes no crypto or network fee schedule. The only mention is that Bitcoin deposits start at €30 because of network fees. The terms allow a fee covering the casino's costs if you withdraw money you never played, and up to 20% of a withdrawal can be held back if your turnover is less than twice your deposit. Wager the deposit at least twice and check the network fee in the cashier before you confirm.
Does Slotoro require KYC?
Yes, full KYC. The site says verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal: ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. The terms require ID for any withdrawal of $1,000 or more, and the KYC policy can add a selfie with your documents, a handwritten code or a video call. Slotoro is not a no-KYC casino.
Is Slotoro the same company as Verde Casino?
Yes. Section 2.1 of both sites' terms names Wiraon B.V., company 146886, Curaçao licence OGL/2024/686/0183, with Briantie Limited as payment agent. Expect the same withdrawal tiers and KYC rules on both. See the Verde Casino review.
Which countries can't use Slotoro?
Section 4.4 of the terms lists 43 territories, among them the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. There is no state-by-state list, so the whole US is out. Using a VPN can get the account closed and winnings voided.
What are the best Slotoro alternatives?
Casinos with a similar slot lobby but lighter KYC, published crypto fees or no cap on bonus winnings. The ranked list is at sites like Slotoro.
