Vulkan Vegas Review

Tested 8 Oct 2026 · Licence Curaçao · Since 2017

A licensed, well-rated fiat-first casino with a big library, but full KYC and slow approvals on big wins: keep deposits verified and cash-outs small.

What I like

  • Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338 shown as active on the CGA certificate for v.vegas
  • Casino Guru Safety Index 9.8 with no unfair terms and no blacklists
  • 101 providers, Evolution live tables, tournaments and a live sportsbook with esports
  • Small withdrawals up to €499 approved in 5 minutes to 12 hours after KYC
  • Live chat 24/7 in many languages, plus a complaints address and XCM escalation

What sucks

  • Full KYC: ID from $1,000 withdrawals, selfie with documents, video calls possible
  • €5,000 to €29,999 withdrawals approved within 30 working days; €5,000 per 30 days after a 20x run
  • KYC policy says crypto is not accepted while the home page lists seven coins
  • Recent complaints about slow verification and delayed payouts; old Vulkan accounts flagged as duplicates
  • Welcome bonus: 40x in 5 days, max cash-out 5x, 41 providers excluded

My take

This Vulkan Vegas review covers a casino that has run since 2017 and now trades as V.Vegas at v.vegas. Same platform, same accounts, new name. The licence is real: Whitebox B.V. holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338, and the regulator’s certificate shows it as active. The catches sit in the cashier rules. Approval of a €5,000+ withdrawal can take up to 30 working days, ID is required from $1,000, and the site’s own KYC policy says it does not accept crypto while the home page lists seven coins. Good for slots and live tables in small, verified amounts. Not for anyone who wants anonymity or fast big cash-outs.

First impressions

V.Vegas is bright and busy: orange script logo, a slider of cashback and welcome offers, and a menu that runs Game Hall, Sports, All promotions, Tournaments, VIP Space, Loyalty program and Hall of Fame. Registration asks for email, password and currency up front, and the terms add name, date of birth and phone number. That is a regular casino sign-up, not a crypto one.

Italy is on the restricted list, and Italy is where I test from. So I did not open an account. The public site loaded normally and I read the terms, bonus rules, KYC and complaints policies directly. Anything that needs a logged-in cashier is marked as not published.

Two things stand out. The home page openly explains the rebrand from Vulkan Vegas, which is honest, but players on Trustpilot say the sign-up form does not, and some found out when a “duplicate account” froze their deposit. And the affiliate route lands on rotating mirrors such as v484.vegas, whose footer names “a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus” and no licensee. The licence and both validator seals belong to v.vegas.

Games & sportsbook

The site names more than 40 studios. Casino Guru counts 101 providers, from NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO and Evolution to Hacksaw, Nolimit City and Spribe. The lobby has the categories you would expect for slots fans: Megaways, Buy Feature, jackpots, classic fruit machines and a “Fast Wagering” shelf. Live casino runs on Evolution, with Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and branded V.Vegas blackjack tables. Insta games cover Aviator, JetX, Plinko and Spaceman.

The Sports tab is a full betting section, with live and prematch markets on football, tennis, basketball, ice hockey and esports such as Counter-Strike and Dota. Network tournaments add prize pools, including Pragmatic Drops. There are no in-house originals and nothing is provably fair: the terms say outcomes come from the operator’s random number generator and its server records are final.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The home page lists cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton), Paysafecard, Klarna, Sofort, regional rails such as Pix, Interac and UPI, and seven crypto options: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT on ERC20 or TRC20, Dogecoin, TRON and BNB. Most deposits start at €10. Here is the problem. The KYC policy, still written for “Vulkanvegas.com”, states that the company does not accept payments from anonymous instruments, “cryptocurrencies” included. The footer payment logos I was served show no crypto at all. No crypto minimum, fee or network time is published anywhere public.

The withdrawal rules are where the fine print bites. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method. ID is required once a withdrawal reaches $1,000, and the KYC policy triggers full verification once total transactions reach €1,000. That can mean an ID, a photo of your card, a selfie holding your documents, proof of address, a bank statement, a handwritten note with a code, or a video call. If your turnover is less than twice your deposit, the casino may keep up to 20 percent of the withdrawal “to cover payment expenses”.

Approval times are tiered. Up to €499 is approved in 5 minutes to 12 hours. €500 to €4,999 takes up to 48 hours, at most five working days. €5,000 to €29,999 is approved “within 30 working days”, and €30,000 or more goes on individual terms. If your requests plus balance reach 20 times your total deposits, withdrawals can be held to €5,000 per 30 days. The home page says most methods pay within 24 hours of approval. The approval is the slow part.

I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

Bonus: what it is really worth

The Welcome Bonus Pack spreads up to €1,500 and 150 free spins across three deposits: 120% up to €500 plus 70 spins (from €10, within 60 minutes of sign-up), 150% up to €500 plus 30 spins, then 120% up to €500 plus 50 spins (each from €15). Miss the 60-minute window and the pack drops to 130 spins. Cash bonuses carry 40x, spins 30x, the maximum bet is €5, and each bonus expires after 5 days. The cap that matters: maximum cash-out is five times the bonus.

The math on €100: a €120 bonus needs €4,800 of slot bets in five days. At 96% RTP that costs about €192 on average, so the expected value is roughly minus €72 before the cap. It gets worse on Gates of Olympus, Book of Dead or Sweet Bonanza 1000, which count 50 percent, and 41 providers count nothing. Live and table games are excluded. Run your own numbers in the wagering calculator. My advice is to skip the pack and use the weekly cashback (3 to 7 percent from the Luxor tier, max €1,000, 3x to 12x wagering) if you play often.

Trust & reputation

The licence checks out. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate says v.vegas is run by WhiteBox B.V., company 155412, under OGL/2024/822/0338, granted 14 April 2025, status active. The regulator’s registry PDF of 2 October 2026 lists the same licence as “assessment in progress”, the status it shows for many operators in the transition. The payments agent is T&C Whitebox CY Limited in Limassol, while older cashier text still names Brivio Limited.

Whitebox B.V. also runs Ice Casino. Icecasino.com’s terms name the same company, registration number 155412 and licence number, and the XCM compliance seal lists WhiteBox B.V. for both icecasino.com and v.vegas. Expect shared account rules: Trustpilot reviewers describe deposits frozen as “duplicate accounts” because of an old Vulkan Vegas profile.

Casino Guru gives V.Vegas a Safety Index of 9.8, finds no unfair terms, no blacklists and a very good complaints ratio for a casino it estimates above €100 million a year. Its recent cases match the themes above. A €300 withdrawal waited a month for repeated document requests, and a C$9,000 payout sat for three weeks before being paid in full. A Serbian player’s verification and a €70 Paysafecard payout are still open. A €139,000 win was withheld after the account was blocked for bonus violations, and Casino Guru rejected that complaint because the player confirmed sharing a device and IP with her sister. A Dutch player says her self-exclusion was not applied. Trustpilot scores the old domain 3.9 on about 5,000 reviews, with 34 percent one-star, mostly about slow withdrawals and KYC. AskGamblers blocks my region, so I have not read it.

Who should play at Vulkan Vegas

The verified slot player in a served country, such as Canada or Germany, who deposits by card or e-wallet, cashes out under €500 and does not mind sending an ID.

The live-casino regular who wants Evolution tables, tournaments and weekly cashback on one account, with a sportsbook on the side.

Not for you if you want to play in crypto without paperwork or plan big withdrawals. BitStarz and RocketPlay are closer to a crypto-first experience, WinSpirit is the same kind of fiat-first casino, and my sites like Vulkan Vegas page ranks more. For Bitcoin specifically, start from the BTC casino list.

Bottom line

Vulkan Vegas, now V.Vegas, is a licensed, well-rated fiat-first casino with a big game library, heavy KYC and slow approvals on big wins, so keep deposits verified and withdrawals small.

Vulkan Vegas FAQ

Is Vulkan Vegas legit?

Yes, as far as licensing goes. Whitebox B.V. runs v.vegas under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/822/0338, which the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate shows as active (the October 2026 registry lists it as "assessment in progress"). Casino Guru rates it 9.8 out of 10. Recent complaints are mostly about slow verification and delayed payouts.

Is V.Vegas the same as Vulkan Vegas?

Yes. The site says the brand was renamed V.Vegas and that the platform, licence, ownership and player accounts are unchanged. If you ever had a Vulkan Vegas account, use it: a new V.Vegas account can be treated as a duplicate and frozen.

How long do Vulkan Vegas withdrawals take?

After KYC, the terms set approval times by amount: up to €499 in 5 minutes to 12 hours, €500 to €4,999 within 48 hours (at most five working days), €5,000 to €29,999 within 30 working days, and individual terms above €30,000. Payment providers then add their own time. I have not timed a payout myself yet.

Does Vulkan Vegas charge crypto fees?

No crypto fee, minimum or network time is published on the public pages. The home page lists BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (ERC20/TRC20), DOGE, TRX and BNB, but the KYC policy says crypto is not accepted, so check the cashier before depositing. The terms allow a fee on withdrawals of money not played, and up to 20% withheld if you turned your deposit over less than twice.

Does Vulkan Vegas require KYC?

Yes. Sign-up asks for name, date of birth and phone number. An ID is required for withdrawals of $1,000 or more, and full verification starts once your transactions reach €1,000: ID, a photo of your card, a selfie with your documents, sometimes proof of address, a bank statement or a video call.

Which countries can't use Vulkan Vegas?

The terms exclude 52 jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and its Caribbean islands, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czech Republic, Ireland, Japan, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. Using a VPN can void bets, bonuses and winnings.

What are the best Vulkan Vegas alternatives?

Casinos with lighter KYC, published crypto limits and faster approval on large wins. My ranked list is at /sites-like/vulkan-vegas/.

Can I play at Vulkan Vegas from Canada, and is there a Canada promo code?

Canada is not among the 52 jurisdictions excluded by section 4.4 of the terms, and the home page lists Interac among the payment methods. I have no Canada-specific code: the welcome pack on v.vegas, as the brand is now called, is up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins over three deposits, with 40x on the cash bonus and a 5x maximum cashout. Withdrawals of USD 1,000 or more need ID. Vulkan Vegas is not in iGaming Ontario's directory.
