Cloudbet Review
A verified, long-running crypto book with high limits, 29 coins and cash rewards with no rollover; the odds are average, not sharp.

What I like
- Curaçao licence OGL/2024/328/0599 verified as active, operator named in the footer
- 29 coins, USDT on seven networks, free deposits and no published withdrawal cap
- KYC threshold published: ID only once cumulative deposits reach $2,200
- Welcome rewards and rakeback paid as cash with no rollover
- High limits with manual review and €1,000,000 parlay ceiling; provably fair Originals
What sucks
- Margins I measured were 5.8–6.8%, not the low margins the marketing promises
- Welcome package value depends on your play and cannot be calculated in advance
- Large single bets go to manual review and can be declined
- Restricted in the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia and more
My take
This Cloudbet sportsbook review covers one of the oldest names in crypto betting: Cloudbet says it has been taking Bitcoin bets since 2013. Today it runs under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence I could verify, OGL/2024/328/0599, held by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. It accepts 29 coins, publishes no withdrawal cap, asks for ID only once your deposits reach $2,200, and pays its welcome rewards in cash with no rollover. The catch is the pricing: the lines I measured were not as sharp as the marketing says. If you bet crypto at volume and value limits and payouts over shaving a point of margin, Cloudbet belongs on your shortlist.

First impressions
Cloudbet’s lobby leads with a live withdrawal counter: about $934,000 paid in the last 24 hours, over a million withdrawals since 2013 and an average speed under a minute. These are Cloudbet’s own numbers, not mine, but few books put them on the front page. The layout is dark and quick, with sports, casino and esports tabs on the left and a social “Pulse” feed for shared bet slips. Coverage of the legal basics is better than average: the footer names the operator, the company number and the licence, and links to a validator that works.
Odds, markets & live betting
The sports menu lists 25 sports, from soccer, tennis and the US leagues to darts, chess, greyhounds and politics. Esports cover Counter-Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends, Rainbow Six, FIFA and NBA2K. In-play, a Bet Builder and cash-out are all there, and Cloudbet offers a public API for bettors who automate.
Limits are the selling point. Cloudbet advertises no fixed maximum on major markets and a “Whale Mode” that splits a large stake into a sequence of bets until it is filled. The terms are more careful: anything above the automatic acceptance level is reviewed by hand, and parlays pay at most €1,000,000. Prices are less convincing. On the day I checked, two Nations League 1X2 markets carried overrounds of 6.5 and 6.8 percent, and an NBA preseason spread and total sat at 5.8 percent. Those were smaller fixtures, and two snapshots are not a study, but “low-margin” was not what I saw. For other books that take crypto, see my crypto sportsbooks list.
Deposits, withdrawals & KYC
The terms list 29 supported coins, from Bitcoin and USDT to Hedera, Zcash and Lido staked ETH. Tether runs on seven networks, including Tron, TON and BNB Smart Chain. Deposits are free; each withdrawal pays a flat network fee shown per coin, so USDT on TON or BNB costs a fraction of a cent while USDT on Tron costs 3.51. The terms say crypto withdrawals are “typically processed within 24 hours of approval”, the home page claims 90 percent leave in under two minutes, and no withdrawal maximum is published. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.
KYC has a published trigger, which is rarer than it should be: identity verification is required once your cumulative deposits reach $2,200, handled by Sumsub. Cloudbet can still ask for documents at any time and lock funds until you pass. Accounts idle for twelve months pay $5 a month, and the terms say the balance itself is not forfeited.
Bonus: the real value
There is no match bonus. The welcome package pays up to $2,500 over your first 30 days as 10 percent casino rakeback, daily casino cash drops, weekly sports cash drops on Fridays and a “Cash Vault” released on day 30. Everything lands as withdrawable cash with no rollover, which beats a 40x match on value per dollar. The downside is opacity: the page does not say how much a given amount of betting earns, so you cannot calculate the offer in advance. The wagering calculator has nothing to chew on here, which is the point.
Trust & reputation
The CGA register shows the licence active since May 2025. Casino Guru rates Cloudbet 9.2, “Very high”, finds no unfair terms and lists 39 complaints, none unresolved. Trustpilot gives 3.9 from 2,644 reviews, 70 percent five stars and 20 percent one star, and Cloudbet replies to 87 percent of the negatives. Compared with Roobet or Rainbet, Cloudbet is the older and more betting-focused brand.
Who should bet at Cloudbet
The high-volume crypto bettor who needs large stakes, many coins and no withdrawal cap.
The bonus sceptic who prefers cash rakeback to locked match money.
Not for you if you shop every line for the lowest margin or live in a restricted country; see my sites like Cloudbet page and the crypto casinos list.
Bottom line
Cloudbet is a verified, long-running crypto book with high limits, 29 coins and honest cash rewards; see Cloudbet’s official site if that fits how you bet.
Cloudbet FAQ
Is Cloudbet legit?
Cloudbet has operated since 2013 and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/328/0599, held by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V.; the CGA register shows it as active. Casino.guru rates it 9.2 with no unresolved complaints, and Trustpilot shows 3.9 from about 2,600 reviews.
Does Cloudbet require KYC?
Its terms require identity verification once cumulative deposits reach $2,200, done through Sumsub. Cloudbet can also ask for documents at any time and restrict withdrawals until you pass.
How fast are Cloudbet withdrawals?
The terms say crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, and the home page claims 90% leave in under two minutes. Deposits are free; withdrawals pay a flat network fee per coin. I have not timed one myself yet.
What is Cloudbet's maximum bet and payout?
There is no fixed maximum stake: bets above the automatic acceptance level are reviewed by hand and can be declined. Parlays and accumulators pay at most €1,000,000.
Which countries can't use Cloudbet?
The terms bar users located in Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Curaçao, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Lithuania, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Singapore, Syria, Spain, Turkey, the US and its territories, the UK and three occupied regions of Ukraine.
What are the best Cloudbet alternatives?
Crypto sportsbooks with sharper prices, a no-KYC policy or a match bonus. My ranked list is at /sites-like/cloudbet/.
Can I use Cloudbet in Canada or Ontario?
Canada is not on Cloudbet's list of barred locations, which covers Australia, the US, the UK, several European countries and a few others. Cloudbet is not, however, among the 84 sites in iGaming Ontario's directory, and the AGCO calls sites outside that market unregulated. Cloudbet does publish its KYC trigger, identity verification once cumulative deposits reach USD 2,200, and says crypto withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
