Rollbit Review
Avoid: three withdrawals held or confiscated in two months, closed unresolved because the casino never replied.

What sucks
- Three withdrawals held or confiscated in July–August 2026, all closed unresolved with no reply
- 45 of 111 complaints unresolved on Casino Guru, Safety Index 4.0
- Up to five KYC levels with no published threshold
- Most rewards paid 20% at once and the rest over 7–30 days
My take
Rollbit is on my Shit List. I did not deposit here: rollbit.com blocks visitors from Italy and from the Netherlands, where I test from, and I do not work around blocks. What follows comes from Rollbit’s own public help centre, the licence register and the public complaint record, read on 6 October 2026. It meets my criterion for this list: at least three documented withdrawals that were withheld or confiscated in the last twelve months, with no answer from the casino.
Three withdrawals held, no reply
Casino Guru closed three complaints from July and August 2026 as unresolved under its “no reaction” policy, meaning Rollbit did not respond:
- An account closed with 2,980 USDT pending withdrawal plus a $2,632.94 balance, about 5,612 USDT in dispute; withdrawal requested 16 July 2026 (complaint).
- A player in Finland who had completed KYC level 4 saw a $2,200 withdrawal stuck in “Pending – Contact Support” and the account disabled; requested 28 July 2026 (complaint). On Trustpilot the same player quotes support: the funds “have been forfeit”.
- 2,180 USDT blocked after three KYC levels on a multi-account accusation; submitted 3 August 2026 (complaint).
Across its whole record Casino Guru lists 111 complaints, 45 of them unresolved, rates the casino’s Safety Index 4.0 “Low” and notes a high total value of disputed winnings. Trustpilot shows 1.6 on 4,137 reviews.
Licence
The Anjouan register lists Acacia Tech Ltd, licence ALSI-042308006-FII, valid until 20 August 2027, for rollbit.com. An earlier Curaçao certificate reported for Bull Gaming N.V. now returns “cannot be found or the token has expired” on the regulator’s validator, so I cannot say what happened to it. A valid licence is not the problem here; unanswered withdrawals are.
What the help centre says
Rollbit’s help centre says accounts may need “up to level 5 verification”, with no threshold published. Three of the four cases above involved KYC already completed at one or more levels before the account was closed. The restricted list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain among others. Rewards are mostly paid 20 percent at once and the rest over 7 to 30 days, which keeps part of a balance locked by design.
Status
Unresolved. Rollbit gets off this list by paying the players above, documented the same way. There is no link to Rollbit on this site. If you are owed money, keep your transaction hashes and support transcripts and file with an independent mediator. For alternatives that pay, start from the payout tests, the crypto casino rankings and the rest of the Shit List.
Rollbit FAQ
Is Rollbit legit?
It holds a valid Anjouan licence, but I do not recommend it: three withdrawals were held or confiscated in July and August 2026 and the casino never answered the mediator.
Does Rollbit pay out?
Many players get paid, but Casino Guru lists 45 unresolved complaints out of 111, including about 5,612 USDT, $2,200 and 2,180 USDT held in summer 2026.
Is Rollbit licensed?
Yes: Acacia Tech Ltd holds Anjouan licence ALSI-042308006-FII, valid until 20 August 2027 on the regulator's register.
Why is Rollbit on the GambleBetScout Shit List?
Because it meets my criterion of at least three documented withheld or confiscated withdrawals in the last 12 months, all left without a reply.
Which countries cannot use Rollbit?
Its help centre restricts, among others, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain.
Does Rollbit have a no deposit bonus?
I found none. Rollbit's help centre describes 5% rakeback claimable every 30 minutes and daily, weekly and monthly bonuses paid mostly in instalments over 7 to 30 days, and a new account must deposit $10 and wager $10 before withdrawing. It is on my Shit List: three withdrawals were held or confiscated in July and August 2026.
