What I like

  • 17 coins, with USDT on four networks including TRC20 and Polygon
  • Bitcoin withdrawals are free with no stated per-payout maximum; ETH, USDT and USDC are uncapped too
  • 300 free spins for a $10 first deposit, a low-cost way to try the lobby
  • Cash-based VIP rewards that the site says carry no wagering
  • Live chat and phone support around the clock

What sucks

  • No regulator, licence number or company named anywhere on the site
  • Terms point to a restricted list in a paragraph 15 that does not exist
  • Free-spin winnings capped at $100, and they need a $50 deposit rolled once before payout
  • Altcoin withdrawals cost $1.50 to $25, and the rules allow ten requests a week
  • No sportsbook and no provably fair games

My take

This SuperSlots review covers a US-facing crypto casino that is easy to join and hard to pin down legally. SuperSlots takes 17 coins, pays Bitcoin without a per-payout cap and hands out 300 free spins for a $10 first deposit. What it does not do is name a regulator: the help centre says it is “legally licensed and fully regulated” and stops there. Fine for slot players who cash out small and often in crypto; a poor fit for anyone who wants a licence they can check.

First impressions

SuperSlots is a purple, cartoonish lobby with a castle-and-dragon banner and the same skeleton as Wild Casino: identical menus, identical originals row, identical cashier tables and the same help-centre layout. Sign-up asks for first and last name, email, password and a valid phone number, which the site uses to verify your identity. No date of birth or SSN at this stage.

The legal pages are thin. The footer mentions SSL encryption and nothing else. The terms forbid play “within a restricted state or country, as set forth in paragraph 15”, yet the document ends at paragraph 14. So the restricted list is referenced, enforced and missing. The only explicit word on geography is in the refer-a-friend terms, which accept players from the USA and Canada.

Games & live dealer

The home page promises 300+ slots plus video poker, keno, scratch cards and the usual tables. A row of in-house originals sits on top: Trader, Mines, Chicken, Plinko, Dice, Keno and table versions of blackjack, roulette and baccarat. None of them is provably fair; fairness rests on a generic RNG paragraph with no testing lab named. Casino Guru counts 23 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, Rival and Betsoft. Live blackjack, baccarat and roulette, virtual sports and slot tournaments round it out; there is no sportsbook.

House rules cap table-game wins at $250,000 a day and $1,000,000 a week, and slot jackpot wins at $1,000,000 a day. For deeper libraries see my slots list and the live casino category.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The cashier lists 17 coins. USDT runs on ERC20, TRC20, BEP20 and Polygon; USDC on ERC20, BEP20 and Polygon. Crypto deposits start at $10, carry no deposit fee and use a one-time address that expires after 15 minutes. Every deposit has to be wagered once before you can withdraw.

Withdrawals start at $20. Bitcoin, ETH, USDT and USDC have no stated maximum per payout; LTC stops at $50,000, SOL, XRP, BNB and ADA at $25,000, the rest at $10,000, and the table adds that maximums apply per transaction and per week. Bitcoin is free. Every other coin carries a sliding fee from $1.50 under $100 up to $25 on very large stablecoin payouts. The frequency page says crypto withdrawals are “Unlimited”; the withdrawal rules say ten requests per seven days, one every 24 hours. The stated processing time is within 24 hours. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

KYC is light on paper: SuperSlots “reserves the right” to ask for photo ID, both sides of any card used and a utility bill or bank statement, with no amount named. Two-factor authentication is available and worth switching on.

Bonus: 300 spins, $100 ceiling

The welcome offer is 300 free spins for a first deposit of $10 or more, paid as 30 spins a day for ten days, each batch valid for 24 hours. Winnings from all 300 spins are capped at $100. The promo page names neither the slot nor a wagering figure, and the withdrawal rules add that free-spin winnings need a $50 deposit rolled over once before payout. Treat it as a cheap trial with a hard ceiling, not as value; run any match offer through the wagering calculator before accepting it.

The VIP ladder is the better deal for regulars. It is based on amount wagered, from Silver at $10,000 to Black at $100 million, and the site says level-up bonuses, weekly and monthly cash boosts are cash “with zero restrictions”. The benefit list also includes free crypto withdrawals and prioritized withdrawals.

Trust & reputation

This is the weak point. The legality page claims a licence without naming a regulator, a number or a company. Casino Guru gives SuperSlots a Safety Index of 4.6, “Low”. It names the owner as Termas del Arapay Management S.A., lists a Panama licence it could not verify and links the site to six other casinos. Its complaint table shows 22 cases: 1 unresolved, 21 rejected. The open one is an account closed with $96,000 in delayed winnings.

Trustpilot is kinder at 3.9 from about 2,000 reviews, 56 percent five stars. Recent one-star reviews complain about cold streaks, bonus eligibility and shrinking VIP rewards, and SuperSlots answers about one negative review in five.

Who should play at SuperSlots

The US slot player with crypto who deposits small, wants a free-spin trial and cashes out in Bitcoin, free and uncapped.

The steady regular who will climb the cash-based VIP ladder rather than chase welcome bonuses.

Not for you if you need a named, checkable licence, want sports betting or provably fair games, or play big jackpots. BetOnline runs a near-identical cashier and adds a sportsbook, and the US-friendly list and my sites like SuperSlots page rank the alternatives.

Bottom line

SuperSlots pays crypto on generous limits and gives a cheap free-spin trial, but it asks you to trust a licence it never names.

SuperSlots FAQ

Is SuperSlots legit?

It pays out and has thousands of mostly positive Trustpilot reviews, but it does not name a regulator anywhere: its help centre only says it is legally licensed. Casino Guru lists a Panama licence it could not verify and gives a Safety Index of 4.6 (Low).

Can US players use SuperSlots?

Yes. Its refer-a-friend terms accept players from the USA and Canada, and the cashier is built around dollars and crypto. The terms mention a restricted list but never publish it, so no state is named as excluded.

How fast are SuperSlots withdrawals?

SuperSlots says crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Minimum is $20; Bitcoin is free, other coins cost $1.50 to $25, and the rules allow ten requests per seven days, one every 24 hours. I have not timed one myself yet.

Does SuperSlots require KYC?

Sign-up needs a name, email and a phone number. SuperSlots can ask for photo ID, card copies and proof of address at any time, but it publishes no amount that triggers the check.

Is the SuperSlots 300 free spins bonus worth it?

As a cheap trial, yes: it only needs a $10 first deposit. Total winnings from the 300 spins are capped at $100, and free-spin winnings need a $50 deposit rolled over once before you can withdraw.

What are the best SuperSlots alternatives?

Casinos with a named, checkable licence, a sportsbook or provably fair games. My ranked list is at /sites-like/superslots/.
