My take

This SpinBetter sportsbook review is written from outside the building. SpinBetter blocks Italy and the Netherlands, where I test from, so I could not register, see the cashier or read the terms. What I could check is the licence trail and the complaint record, and both are more interesting than usual. The Curaçao licence of the company Casino Guru lists as the owner expired in May 2026. In July 2026 spinbetter.com appeared on the Anjouan register under a different company. The complaint record, meanwhile, is one of the cleaner ones in this corner of the market.

First impressions

From an Italian connection and from my Amsterdam server, spinbetter.com redirects to an “Access denied” page that says the site is not available in my country. I don’t use VPNs, proxies or mirror domains to get around a block, and I didn’t use the affiliate link to look for a way in. The homepage text is readable from outside my locations. The licence footer, terms, cashier and bonus rules are not, because they load only after the location check. So every field that depends on them stays empty on this page.

The menu tells you what SpinBetter wants to be: a bookmaker first, with live betting and multi-live up front, then esports, a casino, live dealers, poker, virtual sports, bingo and a “Hunting and Fishing” section. Casino Guru dates the brand to 2018 and notes quick sign-up through Google, Telegram, Apple or a MetaMask wallet. I couldn’t test any of it.

Odds, markets & live betting

I have no margins, limits or cash-out rules to report, because the betting slip sits behind the block. The structure is a familiar one for this part of the offshore market: a long sports list, a multi-live view, esports as a separate tab and a heavy casino section on the same wallet. Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The cashier is out of reach, so this page lists no coins, no minimum deposit and no withdrawal limits. A MetaMask login suggests crypto is part of the mix, but I tag coins only from the cashier itself. For books that publish their coin list, try my USDT betting sites.

The KYC policy is in the terms I couldn’t open. On Casino Guru, the complaints that touch verification are few: one open case from June 2026 about a withdrawal held during document checks, and an older one about failed verification. None of the mediated cases is unresolved.

Bonus: the real value

I couldn’t read the promotion terms, so I can’t put a number on any offer. What I can pass on is Casino Guru’s reading of the general terms: four clauses it considers unfair, all about bonuses. Claiming too many bonuses can void winnings, “bonus hunting” counts as a serious breach, bonus restrictions can apply even after wagering, and low-risk play can lead to confiscation. Trust & reputation

The licence story first. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry lists Sprut Group B.V. under OGL/2024/228/0604 with the status “Expired” after a term that ended on 23 May 2026. It is not in the regulator’s enforcement register, so this is an expiry, not a revocation. Since 31 July 2026, the Anjouan register lists spinbetter.com under licence ALSI-202607036-FI2, held by 3-102-955890 Limitada, valid until July 2027. Casino Guru already shows the Anjouan licence as verified but still names Sprut Group B.V. as owner. The two pieces of paper name two different companies, and SpinBetter’s own footer is blocked for me, so I can’t tell you how they connect.

The complaint record is better than the paperwork. Casino Guru gives SpinBetter a Safety Index of 8.8, “High”, and counts 174 complaints with none unresolved. The five open cases from September and October 2026 are about account closures, a self-exclusion and delayed cashback. Poland’s Ministry of Finance has listed spinbetter.com on its register of illegal gambling domains since January 2023, along with 67 other SpinBetter-named domains. I found no fine or court ruling naming SpinBetter or Sprut Group.

Trustpilot is the red flag. It has suspended SpinBetter’s rating for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews, which makes the 55% five-star share hard to take at face value. Compared with 20Bet or Thunderpick, SpinBetter’s mediated record is solid; its transparency is not.

Who should bet at SpinBetter

The bettor in a country SpinBetter serves who wants sports, esports and a big casino on one account, and who reads bonus rules line by line.

The no-bonus player who deposits, bets and withdraws without opting into promotions, which sidesteps the clauses Casino Guru flags.

Not for you if you are in a blocked country, or if you want a licence history without a mid-year switch of jurisdiction and company. My sites like SpinBetter page lists alternatives.
