888Starz Review
Three verified licences, mandatory KYC and a Casino Guru score of 3.0: 888Starz is paperwork-rich and player-poor.

What I like
- 888starz.bet is listed on an active Curaçao licence and on the Kahnawake permit-holder list
- More than 30 sports plus esports, virtual sports, live and RNG casino on one account
- No deposit or withdrawal fees and same-day e-wallet and crypto payouts, by its own account
- 24/7 chat and email support
What sucks
- Blocks Italy and the Netherlands; cashier, rules and bonus terms could not be read
- KYC is mandatory before any winnings are paid
- Casino Guru Safety Index 3.0 'Very low', with a EUR 5,000 monthly withdrawal limit
- Unresolved 50,000 PLN account closure in 2026 where the casino gave no evidence
- Trustpilot suspended its rating over fake reviews; 71% of the rest are one star
My take
This 888Starz sportsbook review is half first-hand and half paperwork. 888starz.bet blocks both of my test locations, Italy and the Netherlands, but a fetch from outside those countries returned the home page, so I can quote what 888Starz says about itself. The rest comes from three licence registers, Casino Guru and Trustpilot. The licences check out: Curaçao, Kahnawake and Anjouan all list the brand. Casino Guru still rates it 3.0 out of 10 and tells players to avoid it. That gap is the whole review.

First impressions
From my own browser I saw nothing but a block page. 888Starz blocks visitors from my locations, so the cashier, the T&C and the bonus terms could not be read first-hand. A fetch from another network got the home page text, which I use as 888Starz’s own claims. The payments page, the company rules and the bonus rules loaded only their navigation, so those stay unread. I didn’t try mirrors, VPNs or anything else to get around the block.
The home page is written for a global audience: it names Nigeria, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the Philippines as core markets and says players from Canada are welcome. It never mentions a licence or a company name.
Odds, markets & live betting
888Starz bills itself as an “online bookmaker and casino” with more than 30 sports, live betting, long-term bets, esports, virtual sports and fast bets. The affiliate site adds that in some countries stakes start at 0.1 EUR. I could not read a single line or limit, so margins and maximum stakes are unknown to me. The casino side covers slots, crash games, poker, bingo and live tables. The home page promises odds boosters that raise a winning payout by up to 50 percent.
For books where I measured lines and published limits, see my BetOnline review and the crypto sportsbooks list.
Deposits, withdrawals & KYC
888Starz says it charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals and that e-wallets and “crypto coins” are paid the same day in most cases. It doesn’t name the coins on the page I could read, so I list none. Cards and bank transfers take three to five days by its own account. Local rails include bKash and Nagad in Bangladesh and MTN MoMo and Airtel Money in Nigeria. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.
KYC is not optional: the home page says you must pass verification before any winnings are paid. Casino Guru records a withdrawal limit of EUR 5,000 per month, which is low for a sportsbook. Its complaint file includes an unresolved case from February 2026 where a Polish player lost about 50,000 PLN to an account closure for “fraud” that the casino never evidenced. Open cases from July to September 2026 describe unpaid withdrawals of 20,000 EGP and nearly 5 million Uzbek soums held under document checks. If you want named USDT networks and a published threshold, this is not the place I can confirm them.
Bonus: the terms I could not read
The headline is a sports welcome package “up to 400 EUR”, 200 percent on each of the first four deposits, plus casino cashback of up to 11 percent for VIP levels. The bonus rules page did not render for me, and a summary of it gave a smaller figure, so I can’t vouch for the amounts, the wagering or the minimum odds. Don’t opt in until you have read the terms, then run them through the wagering calculator.
Trust & reputation
The licence trail is longer than most. The CGA register lists Bittech B.V. under OGL/2024/665/0201, active, with 888starz.bet as the approved domain. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission lists Starshine Global Services Limited for 888starz.bet. Anjouan licenses 888starz.com to a third company, MDBet Limited. Three companies for one brand is not unusual offshore; it does mean you should know which one your account sits with. I found no regulator action against 888Starz, and none of its licences belongs to the 888 group behind 888sport.
Players are harsher than regulators. Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 3.0, “Very low”, with 17,658 black points and a complaint ratio it calls “Very bad”. Trustpilot has suspended the rating over fake reviews; of the 516 left, 71 percent are one star. Forums and affiliate sites link 888Starz to 1xBet; I found no reputable source, so I don’t.
Who should bet at 888Starz
The small-stakes bettor in a market 888Starz serves openly, who verifies before the first deposit and withdraws often.
Not for you if you win big, since a EUR 5,000 monthly cap turns a good week into a long wait. Compare Cloudbet, the live casino list and my sites like 888Starz page.
Bottom line
888Starz has three licences and one of the lowest Casino Guru scores I have recorded. See 888Starz’s official site only if it is legally open to you.
888Starz FAQ
Is 888Starz legit?
It is licensed: the CGA register lists Bittech B.V. for 888starz.bet under OGL/2024/665/0201, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission lists Starshine Global Services Limited for the same domain, and Anjouan licenses 888starz.com to MDBet Limited. Casino Guru still rates it 3.0, Very low, and advises players to avoid it.
Is 888Starz related to 888 Holdings or 888sport?
Not in any register I checked. 888Starz's licences name Bittech B.V., Starshine Global Services Limited and MDBet Limited, not the 888 group behind 888sport and 888casino. The shared number is a branding choice, not a shared licence.
Does 888Starz require KYC?
Yes. The home page says you must pass KYC before your winnings can be paid and advises doing it early.
How fast are 888Starz withdrawals?
888Starz says e-wallet and crypto payouts arrive the same day in most cases and cards or bank transfers take three to five days, with no fees. Casino Guru records a EUR 5,000 monthly limit. I have not run a payout test yet.
What is the 888Starz welcome bonus?
The home page advertises a sports welcome package up to 400 EUR, 200% on each of the first four deposits. I could not read the wagering terms, so I don't recommend opting in blind.
What are the best 888Starz alternatives?
Books with readable terms, higher withdrawal limits and better complaint records. My ranked list is at /sites-like/888starz/.
Does 888Starz accept Canadian players?
Its home page said "gamblers from Canada are welcome" when I read it in October 2026, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, based near Montreal, lists Starshine Global Services Limited for 888starz.bet. A Kahnawake permit is not a registration in Ontario's or Alberta's market, and 888Starz is on neither list; the 888 brands in Ontario's directory belong to a different company. I could not read a restricted-country list. Casino Guru rates it 3.0, Very low.
