My take

This Betwinner sportsbook review is built without a single page of Betwinner’s own terms, because betwinner.com sends both of my test locations, Italy and the Netherlands, to a block page. What I can verify from outside is mixed. The Curaçao licence of the company casino.guru names as the operator, Prevailer B.V., is active on the regulator’s register. Trustpilot reviewers give the brand 1.2 out of 5, and Sri Lanka and Nepal blocked it this year. If you can reach Betwinner where you live, treat it as an unverified offshore book and keep your balance small.

First impressions

I could not have any. Betwinner blocks visitors from my locations, so the cashier, the T&C and the bonus terms could not be read first-hand. From Italy and from our Amsterdam server the site answers with its own block page. A third attempt bounced to a numbered mirror domain, and I don’t use mirrors: if a site doesn’t want me in, I don’t climb through the window. Everything below comes from the regulator’s register, App Store listings, Casino Guru, Trustpilot and the press, each linked in my notes.

That gap matters. I can’t tell you the minimum deposit, which coins the cashier accepts, the KYC threshold or the list of excluded countries. Where I don’t know, I leave the field empty.

Odds, markets & live betting

Betwinner sells itself as a sportsbook first, with a casino bolted on. Casino Guru lists 116 game providers plus betting, esports and virtual sports, but I have not seen the line, the margins or the limits myself, so I won’t grade them. The App Store tells a more useful story. Betwinner runs local apps for Nigeria and Kenya, each published by a locally registered company rather than by Prevailer B.V. Both apps sit on version 256.0 and were updated on the same day, 17 August 2026. Ratings hover around 3.1 to 3.2.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The cashier sits behind the block, so I have no first-hand list of coins, networks, minimums or fees. Casino Guru records dozens of payment methods, but that is third-party data and I don’t copy it into the facts here. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. It’s coming, and the tx hash will be on this page.

The complaint record is the closest thing to a payout test I have. On Trustpilot, 93 percent of 719 reviews are one star, and the recent ones repeat the same story: withdrawals pending for days or months, accounts restricted after a win, and verification documents rejected without a clear reason. At Casino Guru, one Argentine player reported ARS 2,080,000 in winnings confiscated after a completed KYC check in July 2026. Another Indian player describes a year-long verification loop over ₹5,817. If you prefer a book that publishes its USDT networks and a KYC threshold, start elsewhere.

Bonus: the terms I could not read

I could not read Betwinner’s bonus terms, so I can’t tell you the wagering, the minimum odds or the expiry. Casino Guru flags three clauses it dislikes: claiming too many bonuses, common bonus-hunting strategies and low-risk play can all cost you your winnings. My advice is simple: don’t opt in to an offer whose terms you can’t read. If you do find the terms in your country, run them through the wagering calculator before depositing.

Trust & reputation

The licence is real but thin. The CGA register shows Prevailer B.V. licensed since 28 March 2025 under OGL/2024/341/0759, status active, with no approved domains on file. Casino Guru lists the same number as verified for Betwinner. That is a step up from no licence at all, and a long way from a regulator that answers complaints.

Regulators elsewhere have been less patient. Sri Lanka’s Gambling Regulatory Authority had betwinner.com blocked in early August 2026, and Nepal’s telecoms authority named Betwinner among more than 200 blocked betting platforms at the end of August. In Bangladesh the cricket board stopped Shakib Al Hasan’s sponsorship deal with a Betwinner sister brand in 2022.

On ownership, Byline Times named Betwinner as one of 1xBet’s sub-brands in June 2025, alongside Melbet and 22Bet. I found no company registry or regulator document confirming it, so treat it as reporting, not record. Casino Guru is kinder than the crowd: Safety Index 7.6, 83 complaints with one unresolved. Trustpilot is not: 1.2 out of 5, with replies that usually arrive after a month.

Who should bet at Betwinner

The local app user in Nigeria or Kenya who bets through the app run by a company in their own country and knows which rules apply to it.
