FortuneJack Review

My take

This FortuneJack review is shorter than usual, and the reason is the first thing you should know. FortuneJack is one of the oldest crypto casinos around, online since 2014, but fortunejack.com blocks the places I test from. From Italy a challenge page that says “Geo: IT” never lets me through, and from our Amsterdam server the site returns an error. I did not use a VPN or any workaround. What follows comes from the Anjouan licence register, FortuneJack’s own affiliate site and the complaint records as they are served to me.

First impressions

I can’t give you a tour of a lobby I couldn’t open. The site blocks visitors from my locations, so the cashier, the T&C and the bonus terms could not be read first-hand. Casino Guru notes that Italian internet providers are ordered to block FortuneJack, which matches what I saw from Italy. The official help centre, which used to hold the restricted-countries list, is now empty and says it has no articles. The affiliate site, fortunejackpartners.com, does load. It presents FortuneJack as a crypto casino with a sportsbook, “over 3,000 games” and an affiliate programme running since 2014.

Games & sportsbook

All I can confirm is what FortuneJack tells its partners: a casino with more than 3,000 games and a sports betting product it pays 30 percent commission on. I could not check providers, in-house games, a live casino or a provably fair verifier. I do not tag any of those until I can see them. If sports are your priority, my crypto sportsbooks list holds sites I could test properly.

Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The coin list, network fees, limits and KYC triggers all sit behind the block, so these fields stay empty here. Third-party lists of FortuneJack payment methods exist, but I don’t copy cashier data I can’t see. Two things I can report. Casino Guru records a win limit of €300,000 per spin. And recent Trustpilot reviews keep describing the same pattern: KYC requested at the first withdrawal despite “no KYC” marketing, then several days of waiting. If you play from a country FortuneJack serves, assume ID checks before cash-out and keep your documents ready. I haven’t run my own timed payout test here yet. Bonus: what it is really worth

I could not read the bonus terms, so I can’t calculate anything. My rule for that case is simple: don’t opt in to an offer whose wagering, maximum bet and expiry you haven’t read. If you do get the terms, run them through the wagering calculator before you deposit.

Trust & reputation

The Anjouan public register lists PlayWave SRL as the licensee for fortunejack.com and playwave.club, status valid, with an expiry date of 3 November 2026. That is four weeks away as I write, so I will check it again then. An Anjouan licence is a light-touch regulator; it is better than none, but it is not a strong safety net.

The two big reputation sources disagree. Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 8.0 with 56 complaints, one unresolved, and estimates revenues above €5 million. Its recent complaint titles still read badly: delayed withdrawals, accounts closed with winnings withheld, a suspended account with 5,224 USDT stuck. Trustpilot shows 1.9 from 182 reviews, and FortuneJack answers a quarter of the negative ones. None of this meets my Shit List bar of documented unpaid withdrawals, but it is not a clean record either. Sites like BitStarz or Cloudbet let me read their terms from here, which already puts them ahead.
