My take

This Mostbet sportsbook review comes with a caveat up front. Mostbet answers visitors from Italy and the Netherlands with an HTTP 451 page, “not available in your country”, so I could not sign up, open the cashier or read the terms. What I could verify: the company behind it, the state of its Curaçao licence, its official app listing and its complaint record. Mostbet is a big sportsbook with a cricket and esports focus, and a licence currently marked “assessment in progress”.

First impressions

I never got past the front door. From my Italian connection, from my server in Amsterdam and from a remote fetcher, mostbet.com returns status 451, “Unavailable For Legal Reasons”, with a one-line apology. I don’t use VPNs, proxies or mirror domains to get around a block, and I didn’t use the affiliate link to look for a side entrance either. So the terms, the KYC rules, the cashier and the bonus conditions were not read first-hand, and the fields that depend on them stay empty here.

Mostbet’s own App Store listing fills in part of the picture. The seller is Bizbon N.V., the app has been live since May 2020 and was last updated in September 2026. It promises one-click registration, live scores and statistics for cricket, a separate esports section, a casino, a loyalty programme with free bets, and support around the clock. Casino Guru dates the brand to 2009.

Odds, markets & live betting

The app description leans on cricket first, then football and basketball, with live scores, statistics and “extended markets”. Esports gets its own product with the four big titles, and the casino sits on the same account; if the casino is what you are after, my crypto casinos list is a better start. That profile fits the markets Mostbet targets: the app ships in English, Arabic, French, Nepali, Russian, Sinhala and Tajik. Deposits, withdrawals & KYC

The cashier is behind the same 451 wall. Casino Guru counts 118 payment options for Mostbet, from cards and e-wallets to regional methods such as UPI, Paytm, Khalti and UzCard, plus Bitcoin. Mostbet’s KYC policy and withdrawal limits sit in terms I couldn’t open. Recent Trustpilot reviews keep returning to two problems: deposits that take days to appear, and accounts frozen during verification for weeks. I can’t confirm individual cases, but the pattern is consistent.

Bonus: the real value

The App Store listing advertises a welcome bonus “of up to 300 EUR”. Without the wagering requirement, minimum odds, expiry and maximum bet, that number tells you nothing about value. Casino Guru also flags a clause under which detecting “some betting techniques” while wagering a bonus can cost you your winnings. My advice: don’t opt in until you have read the full terms, then run them through my wagering calculator.

Trust & reputation

The licence is real but not settled. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s registry lists Bizbon N.V. under OGL/2024/597/0249, with the current term ending on 23 March 2026 and the status “Assessment in progress”. Bizbon does not appear in the regulator’s enforcement register of revoked or suspended licences. Casino Guru shows the licence as verified and gives Mostbet a Safety Index of 6.7, “Above average”.

Its complaint centre holds 309 cases: 90 resolved, 204 rejected, 8 unresolved. Two of the unresolved ones were filed in April 2026. One, about a blocked account with withdrawals missing, is marked as a justified complaint. The one regulator action I found is Polish: the Ministry of Finance added mostbet.com to its register of illegal gambling domains in March 2020, and the register now holds 188 Mostbet-named domains, the latest added in August 2026. I found no fine or court ruling naming Mostbet or Bizbon.

Trustpilot is harsher. It has suspended Mostbet’s rating for a breach of its guidelines and says it removed fake reviews. Of almost 4,900 reviews, 70% give one star. The App Store tells a happier story, at 4.6, so pick which crowd you trust. Compared with Thunderpick for esports or Cloudbet for crypto betting, the difference is transparency: both publish rules I could read.

Who should bet at Mostbet

The cricket bettor in a market Mostbet serves who wants a mobile-first book with live stats and local payment methods.

The esports punter who bets on CS, Dota 2 or Valorant and checks the bonus clauses before opting in.
